Jonathan was a great help with helping us get to the room (wheelchair) great guy great Airbnb all around. maybe fix the netflix on the tv but other than that 5 stars all around. Would revisit anytime

The road is tricky, by car you don't get there, unless it's a little high, like SUV. The place is very comfortable, very quiet and far from any noise. It's a good place to visit, you can have a great time

Amazing view of the lake, the jacuzzi is a gem and the location is just a few steps from downtown Valle de Bravo. Totally recommended!

Excellent location and you can see as it is in the photos, very attentive and helpful the young man of the entrance, the incredible jacuzzi.

Good location near downtown but far enough away to have a quiet context. The place is amazing, clean, good design and provide everything you need for your stay. Slightly complicated access by signage issues, but Jesus is always available to support and you manage to find the place without a problem.

I definitely come back, because that's what I expected 100% of the place. Ammenities are cool And above all the pets are super nice all. A very good place to spend a family

The place matched 100% with the photos, it's a freshly opened place and the facilities are new . The attention was very good, in the April season it is very hot , so we were given a fan, they also agreed to lend us 2 drinks and I asked for the wine bottle I was carrying. They helped me to solve with a good attitude. Amenities have a garden with chairs, a rooftop overlooking the cathedral, and breakfast included in the hotel's cafeteria. In general it is a good place and location if you want to stay in the center of Valle , consider looking for a parking space if you are carrying a car as it does not have parking. We did not struggle even though we were in high season, it comes with a resolutive mentality everything flows.
