New apartment, easy to access from the street and with everything you need to spend a few days on vacation. Close proximity to beaches and restaurants.

The apartment is as described. The area is great because you can reach many beaches. We arrived late and their parents gave us the keys. They are very kind. I recommend this apartment. To do the shopping you have Mercadona, Lidl and Aldi and 2 Chinese shops if you are missing something for the beach.

A very cozy apartment, with all the amenities and very spacious environments. The best thing about the location, despite being a little far from the beach, are the views!, spectacular!!!! And the tranquility of both the area and the urbanization itself. We will be back for sure!

We stayed in the apartment in Murcia for one week at the end of February 2025, arriving by train from Valencia. The flat is located only a few minutes walk from the train station - very convenient for day trips that we took to Cartagena and Alicante (both recommended). Oscar was super easy to reach and interact with. He met us on arrival and explained everything about the apartment and Murcia in general. Oscar was very engaging and went above and beyond taking time to answer all of our questions. He also booked a taxi for us on our departure day, as we were taking a bus to Malaga. Exceptional hosting! The apartment is well laid out and outfitted. The decor is modern and ecclectic. Mattress is firm - which is what we like. No balcony, but there's a rooftop space to hang your wash. Location is great. There's a grocery store on the corner as you exit the building, and much more on offer close by in barrio El Carmen. The historic centre is an easy walk (10 minutes), just over the river. T

Jose’s flat was absolutely fabulous. It was so well stocked you would need to see for yourself. It was literally 50m from the sea where there is a fabulous paved walkway that went for miles. I would highly recommend this apartment.

There are beautiful views from each bedroom and balcony, and we loved walking along the beach every day! Though it was just two of us this trip, this house is definitely big enough to comfortably fit larger families and it is well stocked for a week-long stay. Ceferina was so helpful before the trip with planning, gathering information for us and making suggestions. Her and her husband met us at the door, even though we were late, and showed us around, even walking us down to the local restaurant and introducing and finding out the times they were open! They were very helpful and kind and answered all of our questions. They saw us off our last day and were just as friendly and helpful! We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend!

It was our first time using Air bnb and Hakan made our experience perfect and it’s something we will definitely do again. Hakan met us at the airport, gave us a welcome bottle of fizz and took us to the property stopping for us to pick up some essentials for our stay on the way. What a great service & host was my first impression. Showed us the property and how to use the cooker, washing machine etc. Gave us several restaurant recommendations in the local area. The location is perfect, the property is lovely & ideal for a family of four with the swimming pool opposite as well. We are already planning to visit again and will use this property. Beautiful villa, very well kept, with private swimming pool. Possibility to have a heated pool, which is really a plus during the winter period. Impeccable layout of the villa, everything is well thought out for the well-being of the tenants. Quiet neighborhood near shops, restaurants, etc.... Manuel is a very friendly and helpful Host. He personally greeted us to greet us and give us all the info about the house, about the area. Precious and honest, her tips about the city and places to eat typical and not very touristy things. Alicante is a large town that must be discovered especially in the streets of the old town and its fantastic promenade. Great stop for those who, like us, cross the province and the Dorata coast by car through Spain. We are satisfied. Thanks Manuel!⭐

I had my peace. I found the villa very appealing.

Amazing suite in a unique location when you can see both the sea and the lagoon. The balcony is reminiscent of a terrace in size, from where you will be accompanied by the most amazing sunsets in the reflection of the lagoon. Everything is furnished modernly, comfort at a high level.

Loved staying at La Torre in Edwins apartment. Everything was a described, well equipped kitchen and super balcony with good seating to enjoy the afternoon sun.

Although it is at the end of the sleeve and it gets a little heavy going for the traffic, it's worth it. The area is very nice, quiet and with a good swim at the beach. The house is spectacular, very comfortable and with spectacular views. The balcony it has is 10. You have all the services nearby and some sensational chiringuitos. Also, the hosts are spectacular, very nice, and always respond to everything and fast. It is highly recommended!!!

I found a home the two weeks I was there. From the welcome details, how the house smelled and the bedding, to the views, with some dreamy sunsets.. unbeatable. The main room overlooks the nautical club in addition, and you can see the sunrise, with an ideal table to be watching while you have your coffee. There is a magical atmosphere. Óscar was attentive at all times. Definitely if I need to get away at any other time, I wouldn't choose another place. Thank you!!

Great apartment in a fantastic location, everything is close by. Shops, beach, restaurants. short distance to the bus terminal. Good standard with everything you would expect from a modern apartment.

Dani's apartement was fantastic, in a great location with sea views as stated and just 50m from the beach. The apartment had everything we needed (with one minor exception - a couple of sun loungers on the balcony would make it perfect!). All in all I wouldn't hessiate to recomend this as a super place to stay in Guardamar.
