The apartment is in a 1800s house that has been renovated over the years. This is a typical place with a wood-burning stove, the floors like the ceilings are made of wood. There is a staircase to access the bathroom. Independent entrance, garden with BBQ and pergola for grilling, the laundry room is shared with the other two apartments. We rent our lovingly furnished mountain hut in the Maggia Valley, Canton of Ticino. Built in 1866, Rustico was completely renovated in 2021 and is located on Mount Arnau, above the village of Giumaglio, at 1000 m altitude.
