Welkom in dit paradijsje langs rivier Hérault met een grote tuin en een waterval op 100 meter afstand. Het huis is knus en modern met alle voorzieningen die men nodig heeft zoals airco. Hier kunt u relaxen, zwemmen in de rivier/waterval, kanoën, fietsen en wandelen. Voor wielerfans: op de route naar Mont Aigoual, de berg die Tim Krabbé beklom voor zijn boek De Renner. Vlakbij Cirque de Navacelles, Grotte de Demoiselles, Gorges de la Vis/de l'Hérault. Op 1 uur rijden van zee en Montpellier.

On my first visit in 2018, I lost my heart to this beautiful valley, the absolute tranquility, the great views, the blue sky with its stars, sun and moon. The first house was built directly and since then I have been welcoming guests in every season. 2 years later, I was able to purchase the neighboring house and open another vacation residence including an apartment. Since I am very often fully booked, and many guests come several times a year, I decided on another house! bienvenue 😍

Small, freshly restored detached house that we call "Oustalet" (small house in patois). L'Oustalet is located in a beautiful little hamlet in the municipality of Cassagnas, Les Crozes-Haut, in the heart of the Cévennes National Park. The village being isolated, this house is ideal if you are looking for a place to relax in peace with the sweet song of birds to lull you. You must have a vehicle to make the most of the many activities offered in our region.

House fully equipped with all modern equipment (reversible air conditioner, wood stove, equipped kitchen). Access by private dirt road of about 200 meters (beware of low cars).
