It is located 2 km from the village of Champtoceaux, 5 km from Oudon train station and 30 km from Nantes. You can enjoy a large garden and reach a Loire beach on foot or by bike. Facing the island of Pierre Percée, enjoy the green spaces, playgrounds and picnic areas, Ginguette ... but also restaurants just around the corner. If you travel by bike along the "Vélodyssée" or a circuit of the "Loire à Vélo", a bike room has been specially arranged in the house. By car, you can park almost outside the door!

You can enjoy the terrace by the Hyrôme river, and take a boat ride. Easy access to many hiking trails in the heart of the vineyard. Close to many of the sights; cellar visits. Pets allowed.
