Our house is a typical medieval sky-earth construction with a small outdoor curtain and a panoramic terrace located a stone's throw from the most iconic places in the city. The structure is divided into 3 floors, each of which is reached by a staircase typical of medieval architecture. Dimora V.lo Leoncini is ideal for those who want to immerse themselves in the history of ancient Tibur.

A minimal and practical studio apartment located just a few meters from the train station in the beautiful medieval town of Tivoli, a stone's throw from the Temple of Sibyl, Villa Gregoriana, the Temple of Hercules, and the more famous Villa d'Este. The apartment enjoys panoramic views. It features a full kitchen, bathroom with shower and bathtub, TV, pellet heating with security sensors. Conveniently located near the train station and bus and COTRAL stops.

Excellent base for visiting Rome, the sea and Ostia Antica, a few minutes walk from the metro stop. The apartment consists of a living room with kitchenette, a bedoom and a bathroom with shower. It is located in the central area of Cave where you can walk to bars, pharmacy and supermarket. A few kilometers away by car, you can reach the Rainbow MagicLand amusement park and the Magicsplash water park. Self check-in is possible after 6:00 p.m.

Small independent apartment, located on the ground floor of a villa with a private entrance and guarded parking. Equipped with a double bed, living room with sofa, kitchen with oven, fridge and a 4-burner stove. There is a washing machine, an ironing board and an iron. The bathroom has a spacious shower. Outside the small living room, you can find a small and comfortable terrace.
