Relax in this unique and peaceful accommodation with proximity to the swimming area. Here you enter the calm directly surrounded by the turn-of-the-century charm, linseed oil painted beadboard, well-equipped kitchen with large gas stove for those interested in cooking as well as amenities such as a dishwasher and water from a newly drilled well. Enjoy sitting in front of a crackling fire after a walk in the mushroom forest or cooling AC in the summer. The house was completely renovated in 2020. No shower and toilet inside but has a newly built outdoor shower and fresh outdoor toilet.

In the living room there is a sofa, table, armchairs, TV and a cozy fireplace. The bathroom area consists of a large shower room, sauna and separate toilet. Large terrace with lounge group and barbecue.

Peacefully located house next to beautiful lake. 50 minutes to Stockholm and Arlanda. To Norrtälje City, it is only 7 minutes. The house is next to our villa but is still private. There is a private dock with a rowing boat you can borrow. Three bedrooms, spacious living room and kitchen as well as shower and toilet. Nice view of the water. Private terrace. Nice walking paths and Roslagsleden goes through the village. When you check out, you are responsible for the condition and cleaning being the same as upon arrival. Bring your own bedclothes.

Läget är perfekt, då det är mitt i allt, men ändå ute på den svenska landsbygden, mysigt även på vintern, då kan man åka skidor på åkern utanför. Nära till Öregrund, Östhammar, Norrtälje, Uppsala, Arlanda. Det tar under timmen till detta boende. El och vatten ingår

Öregrund är en charmig ort på östkusten med trähus och trånga gränder. Sommartid finns det massor av restauranger och cafer. Söderut finns Stockholms skärgård och norrut det öppna havet. 1.5 timme från Arlanda. Buss till Uppsala var 30 minut. 5 minuters promenad till busstation och färja till Gräsö.

Sevärt är också Lövstabruks Herrgård med fint Värdshus för sommarluncher, Badsjö med badbrygga finns 4 min bort vid Forsmarks 1600-tals Herrgård.
