The small house of the dunes is located at the foot of the immense beaches of Barneville-Carteret, opposite the Channel Islands (Jersey, Guernsey…) Close to the village and its shops. (5-minute drive - 15-minute walk). The accommodation is located in a quiet and pedestrian hamlet with 4 tennis courts (private) and a petanque court. The beach is very close to the house (10-minute walk). The small house of the dunes is classified as furnished tourist accommodation (3 stars).

My accommodation, very comfortable, is in the countryside. It is close to the sea (5 km), the landing beaches (50 min from the cottage), the Caen Memorial (1 hr), Mont Saint Michel (1 hr 40 min from the cottage), the Channel Islands... You can also visit the Cité de la Mer (aquarium, submarine, Titanic exhibition...), the Montaigu la Brisette animal park (10 min from the cottage), you will be close to the Cotentin and Bessin marshes, the Sortosville-en-Beaumont biscuit house.

Ground floor: 30 m2 living room with stove and well-equipped kitchen + washing machine / Wi-Fi Upstairs: 1 bedroom + bathroom (shower, toilet). Sunny, quiet terrace with barbecue + sunny and shaded garden with deckchairs.

Located in a green valley, amidst ornamental gardens, it is a recently restored single-family house (80 m²), respecting the typical rural habitat of Cotentin. Ideally located north of the Cotentin peninsula, it will allow you to enjoy the many beaches and hiking trails, to taste the pleasures of shore fishing or local markets. The furnished terrace will invite you to relax or read.

In the heart of the village of Sainte-Mère-Église, a few steps from the main square, Mirabelle & Églantine is a fully restored 1800s house. You will stay there for an authentically Norman break. Its exceptional location will immerse you in the atmosphere of the 1940s. 150 meters from Sciotot Beach (municipality of Les Pieux), this small house called "La Grange", old, with character, semi-detached, about 50 m2, will allow you to enjoy a beautiful natural setting. The location of our accommodation ensures access to the sea. You can visit Cotentin, practice sports, water sports, hike on the GR 223 and other marked trails. Shops are located in "Les Pieux" 3 kilometers from the rental.

From the garden behind the house, you can access the path along the river and take you to the village grocery store and tennis courts. The house has been fully renovated, it has three bedrooms, one with two single beds. Towels and sheets are not provided
