Free WLAN, Ski depot, Netflix, Smart TV Supermarket, bus, pharmacy, bank, doctor, sports university, main university and restaurant in the immediate vicinity. 5 minutes by bus or bicycle to the city centre, 5 minutes by taxi/bus to the airport- or 10 minutes to the central station, 2 free bikes to be mobile.

Our house is located in the rear valley area, away from the main road, in a very quiet location. Large garden and terrace with outdoor furniture. Sat TV in living room, TV with DVD player in bedroom. Microwave and dishwasher available, daily bread roll service is offered. Hiking trails, cross-country ski trails, bus stop (bus free with guest card!!! ) very close! Large storage room for bicycles, slate,...... waste separation. We like to speak German, English and Spanish.

Ich putze selber und angepasst an die derzeitige Situation wird alles zusätzlich noch mit einem Desinfektionsmittel nachgewischt. Bushaltestelle vor dem Haus mit direktem Anschluss zu Innsbrucks Schigebieten Nordkettenbahn und Patscherkofelbahn, sowie zum Innsbrucker Hauptbahnhof.
