Built in 1856 during the Settlement Era of Madison County, it is one of nearly 100 stone houses built during that time in the area. Second full bath with shower tub and laundry. The 5th bed room is in the basement with a twin daybed with trundle.

Friendly Quarters operates as a non-profit organization to support the missions and ministries of Earlham Friends (Quaker) Church located right next door.
