The airbnb is in a lovely location with a view to the pond. The place has all amenites and it is super clean. Hosts are very friendly. They also recommended us a good restaurant nearby. I recommend!

The breathtaking sea view. Waking up to that sight every morning was an absolute delight. It added a calm and peaceful vibe to the entire stay. Good place for family

Very happy with the stay. The location was perfect…near to banks, shopping areas and airport. My family enjoyed the stay and Mr. Jose was very responsive to all our needs.

Safar was a wonderful host and genuinely went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. He was incredibly helpful and did everything he could to make our stay as comfortable as possible. The room itself was as described, clean and the kitchen is very good as we did lots of cooking. The outside area is great to relax and there is a roof for Yoga. Would definitely recommend and stay again. The area itself is peaceful and away from the hustle and business of the cliff. There is a really great shop nearby that has everything you’d likely need.

Great location for us. didn't have to drive into TVM city side. bypass helped alot to get in and out . needed to be close to the expressway. property is well furnished and air-conditioning was available in all the bedrooms. Overall highly recommended and priced reasonably. Host and Caretaker were very helpful and on point .Will definitely book again.

J’ai adoré loger chez Rosie! A tel point que j’y retourne dans quelques jours et que j’aimerai y revenir souvent. Le logement est très confortable, propre, fort bien équipé et idéalement situé à 10mn à pied de la plage, restaurants, boutiques à travers un charmant chemin, et à 5 mns sur la route d’un supermarché et autres commerces. La grande terrasse est un vrai havre de paix et de bien-être, entourée d’une végétation luxuriante. Ani et sa famille sont très sympathiques et disponibles. Bref, un super airbnb que je recommande ++++

"Wonderful Stay at The Nest - Must Visit Property" We had a fantastic stay at Suneesh's place in Kovalam! The property is absolutely stunning and it looks exactly as pictured. As a family of four, we were initially a bit hesitant since it was a new property without many reviews, but upon speaking with Suneesh we were assured and he helped throughout the booking process. Upon arrival, we were warmly greeted by Lata Aunty (Suneesh's mother). She welcomed us with refreshing homemade lemonade and delicious pastries. We highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in Kovalam. Pros: * New and beautifully maintained property without all amenities * 400m to Samudra Beach(5min walk) * Excellent communication and support from Suneesh * Suggestions of nearby attractions were provided * Warm welcome and hospitality from Lata Aunty Overall: We had a wonderful experience, we felt llike home and would definitely stay here again

Ram’s place was really nice and felt just like home. He is a very helpful and responsive host. The location is super convenient — Padmanabhaswamy Temple is just a short walk away. What truly stood out was Ram’s hospitality; he even took my father and showed him around in his vehicle, which we really appreciated. He also gave clear instructions for waste disposal, which was thoughtful. Overall, a very comfortable and convenient stay. Highly recommended!

A very cozy place to stay! The property is neat and well maintained and matching our expectations. Karin was very helpful with our checkin needs and also helped with local recommendations that came in handy. She was also helpful with arranging a rental scooter which was very helpful for moving around. One thing that the property needs is an inverter backup. Due to the peak rush time we visited, there were quite a few power outages. So power backup would’ve helped. But overall, a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend.

Mr. Suresh was very cooperative and helpful. He has guided us very well at all levels. Maintenance can be improved.

The location is perfect—just a short walk from the Attukal Bhagavathy Temple—with excellent connectivity and only a few kilometers from the railway station. The home was spotlessly clean, hygienic, and nestled in a serene environment, making the stay even more enjoyable. We couldn't have asked for a better experience! Worth for the money. A calm place! We had two rooms the tv in two rooms had same remote and one of the fan didn't work properly. And the flush was not working in the toilet... Apart from this everything was so nice and pleasant stay!!
