Cadu is a great host. I was super comfortable throughout my stay. The apartment is very cozy, and the condominium super insurance. I highly recommend it.

The apartment is exactly as advertised. The common space is excellent for those who have a child. Family condominium. On Fridays in the evening there is a fair within the condominium itself with the sale of snacks, spectins, pastel etc., our family approved a lot. Perfect location, close to mall, market and pharmacy.

I thought it was excellent, I will be back for sure. And I recommend it .

The host was very cordial and helpful from the time of booking. The space was clean and the condominium was very pleasant. The only points for improvement would be: update a photo of the kitchen because today there is no microwave and in the photo, and if possible include stools to eat at the counter. Today there is only a children's table and the sofa to sit. Not that this was announced, so it was in line. Although there is no microwave, the kitchen is well equipped, we made breakfast peacefully. The apartment is on the 4th floor and there is no elevator, so if there is any difficulty in locomotion, but in our case it was not a problem. Overall, great value. The village served us very well, it would come back quietly. Congratulations to the host.

Very nice place. It met my needs. When I return to Cuiabá I intend to book again.

I needed to stay with Clêuma at a very delicate time in my life, with a loved one interned and she was of immense delicacy and gentleness, allowed me to check in in in advance and gave me a lot of flexibility to change one of the guests, she requested and answered me always very quickly and politely. These gestures made all the difference to me, I felt welcome and at home, sure when I need I will stay with her again.

Ar -conditioned new and all working well(indispensable item in Cuiabá) ! Good electric showers, new refrigerator, beds and good wardrobe. I stayed with children and our stay was great.
