Between Vezelay and Guédelon near the N151. On the ground floor, living room-kitchen, sofa bed and courtyard + barbecue. Upstairs, 1 spacious bedroom: 1 140 bed and its shower room. In the second spacious 2nd bedroom: 1 bed of 140, 1 bed of 90 and 1 umbrella bed.

Comfortable cottage 2 hours from Paris, south of Puisaye and 20 minutes from the medieval site of Guédelon, the castle of St Fargeau and its historical shows, the Colette museum in St-Sauveur as well as the vineyards of Pouilly, Sancerre, Ménetou-salon, It is in a hamlet near the village of Perroy, 5 km from Donzy and its shops and 20 km from Cosne-sur-Loire that we have set up this independent cottage, with its private garden in an old farmhouse of the 18th and 19th centuries.

The cottage of the laundry, in the heart of the village of Varzy, a village nestled in the heart of hills and forests, is a small secure old independent house, conducive to calm and hiking. An enclosed lot, allows parking of a vehicle. On site: local shops, nursing home, pharmacy. Museum. The gîte is 2.5 hours from Paris, close to the Canal du Nivernais, 1 hour from the Loire Valley, Morvan, Vézelay and Guédelon. Weekly rental in July-August.

Located near Chablis vineyards, castles such as Bazoches/ Ratilly/ Chastellux or Guédelon , Arcy caves. Private enclosed house, with one bedroom, possibility of adding a crib on request. Linens provided (sheet, bath towels, dish towel). Fully equipped kitchen. Pets such as dogs and cats only allowed and 2 maximum.

Old family farm the house has as a holiday fragrance in the Grandparents' house, no high-tech equipment and attic style decoration of Grandmother but modern comfort in the kitchen and bathrooms. Near Vézelay, Morvan Natural Park, Auxerre, Nevers, the Loire River last wild river, medieval construction site of Guédelon.

You will have a bedroom with TV, a bathroom with shower, toilet and a dining area (kitchenette) with microwave, mini-oven, kettle, Senseo coffee machine, fridge and freezer. (No stovetop). Also an outdoor area for relaxing and/or dining. Close to Guédelon Castle Ratilly Castle Colette's House Boutissaint Park Lac du Bourdon. Sancerre and Pouilly for our wines in Burgundy. A private space for you to park in.

Built in the spring of 2020 with local, new and quality materials to enjoy this beautiful place all four seasons of the year. This small house is 24 m2 inside and has a 15 m2 covered terrace. It is located in complete tranquility away from the road with very little traffic.
