What a welcome from Laura and her husband!!! Amazingly kind, they are thoughtful with their guests. The place is perfect. It is clean, very well thought out and quietly located. Exactly what we were looking for. We had a great time. I would this property.

The place was perfect: clean, well equipped and very comfortable. The bed is nice, the hot water is available worry-free, and the kitchen has all the necessities. The setting is beautiful, with great views, and only 10 minutes from downtown Annecy. Guillaume, our host, was very welcoming, always available and responsive. Thank you for this great stay!
