Vacation rentals with beach access in Vecchiano

We had a lovely week in viareggio the apartment is lovely and in a great location, the host is very helpful and friendly.

The accommodation was as described and it really has everything your heart desires. Check-in was super easy and communication with the host was very straightforward at all. She was very helpful and also helped us so we could park on site. We already knew the surroundings, it is just beautiful between the sea and the forest. ☀️

Best location. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again if possible. Easy check-in process. Clean apartment. Highly recommended.

Very good communication with Francesco who is "thoughtful". The accommodation is ideally located for visiting Florence, Pisa, the Cinque Terre. It is also well-equipped. The bedding is of good quality.

We had a fantastic stay in Carolina's apartment. It was very spacious and had everything we needed. The kitchen is equipped with everything you could possibly require. Yes there are a lot of steps but the view is outstanding. The beds are very comfortable. The futon is actually a large sofa bed which is very comfortable too. The bathroom is newly renovated and is beautiful. Unfortunately due to the bad weather we could not take advantage of the fantastic views from the terrace. Carolina is fantastic to deal with. We will be back!

Impeccable apartment, close to the beach and amenities but in a quiet and peaceful area. Mariangela is always very helpful and attentive, even to our most obvious requests! There were three of us, two adults and a three-year-old child, given the spaces of the house, you can think of staying even in four.

This was our favorite Airbnb yet! Rosanna and Salvatore were so kind and communicative. They met us at check in, showed us around the apartment, and gave plenty of recommendations for our stay. This Airbnb was a DREAM. The views are unreal, and we loved the ability to sit in the sun or the privacy of the shade in the garden. We spent many hours watching the sea and the amazing sunsets. It was so clean and smelled wonderful on arrival. Cannot say enough good things. We cannot wait to book it again!

We had a fabulous time at Emmy and Jan’s place. The apartment is modern, clean and spacious. The well equipped kitchen made it possible to cook meals easily. The air condition units worked beautifully and was much needed. The location is central with restaurants, shops and the beach within 10 -12 minutes walking distance. Emmy was very responsive and help resolved a couple of minor issues quickly. She also kindly let us have a later check out time which helped us tremendously. We would happily stay in the apartment again if we come back to Tirrenia. Thank you once again for hosting us!

Everything as described. Main strengths location (beachfront) and well arranged spaces. A relaxing stay also thanks to the outdoor spaces of the house. Lauro and staff are always available and conciliatory. The beautiful garden can attract mosquitoes if the heat becomes persistent (in that case the availability of mosquito nets would be a plus)

The apartment is ideal for a family of 4. There's nothing missing as the other reviews have already described. Frederica was always available and very helpful when questions came up in the first few days. We also enjoyed the large, beautiful garden and often met the two dogs, the cat and the three turtles there. The bikes are suitable for short distances within Marina. Many thanks also to Cristina, who was also always hospitable and helpful. We felt very comfortable.

Maria Rosaria is a lovely host and her place corresponds to the description given. Welcoming, clean, close to the seaside. The kitchen is well equipped and everything in the apartment works perfectly. We stayed during winter and the heating was spot on. We have a little baby and Maria Rosaria also arranged a travel bed for her, which worked great. Both Maria Rosaria and her son are very responsive and present through the chats, the communication is extremely easy. The flexible checkout was also appreciated! I absolutely recommend, especially for families!

Very positive experience. Well organized and clean house, close to the sea but away from the noise of the center. I'd be happy to come back if I'm in the area. The only downside: it may not be easy to find parking, despite being everywhere for a fee. We parked and didn't move the car anymore.

Our stay at Teresa’s place was exceptional. The apartment is in a great location for walking to the beach, to shops, to restaurants, and parks, etc. Parking on the premises is a great boon. Also it is an ideal base for exploring Tuscany. The apartment is large, bright and well maintained. We felt very much at home here. Teresa and her husband are delightful, helpful, friendly and responsive hosts. We recommend this Airbnb most highly and hope to return.

Would definitely recommend! The house was very clean and if you like the classic Tuscany style, You’ll feel right at home. The view from the balcony is also a gift to wake up to.

Tommaso is a nice and accommodating host. When he greeted us, he gave us a basket of products from his organic shop. He made a great effort to ensure that we guests were doing well in his house. He changed the gas bottles for the hot water and adjusted the heating on request and asked several times about our condition. We liked the vacation home very much, a top location right on the sea. The large terrace and dining area invited us to linger. In the house, everything is functionally furnished in a country house style, the kitchen small but nice, the bedrooms and the bathroom met our requirements. We felt very comfortable and were able to enjoy our vacation. We will be happy to come back to Castelioncello. Thank you Tommaso for all your efforts and your committed demeanor. A fairytale house, overlooking the sea with wonderful views from every window. Tastefully furnished on every corner, very characteristic with its 4 rooms on 4 floors. The sea view balcony with direct access makes it special even if you want to spend some time at home in peace. The location is more than excellent, very close to the central square but sheltered by the street go. Finally, Lola is a very kind and helpful owner. We didn't want to leave!!!

We enjoyed our stay, clean, comfortable, spacious, with free parking steps away. There are several restaurants close by, a lovely canal and easy walk to the beach.

Fantastic location near the city and view from the apartment is outstanding. The only problem we had was getting in the apartment as the apartment door is finicky and this could be easily corrected. Would rent again and again. Magical place, magical city.

Perfect welcome extremely clean and pleasant accommodation with a view of the sunrise and very responsive and accommodating host the only negative is the access only on foot not easy when you are loaded but the alleys are very pleasant to walk to park there is an easy access and secure paid parking there are free places but not always free we had a pleasant stay Thank you very much in Alessia for this accommodation

Very well located accommodation in the city and to visit the five lands and Pisa too... Very clean apartment and comfortable bedding in the bedroom (sofa in the living room is not suitable for adults and teenagers because you smell a metal bar in the back) The parking space is very convenient and is a real plus in this area...supermarket next to the apartment it's great...small downside the street noise and the front door of the building...Also thoughtful to take shower gel, dishwasher and washing machine tablet because it's not available in the apartment...

Thank you very much Super Luigi😉!! We just had a great stay in Viareggio with my wife and our 2 children. And the apartment offered by Gianmarco is a big part of it!! The property is clean and very functional, spacious enough for 4 people! An exceptional location! A few meters from the main boardwalk that runs along the beautiful beaches of Viareggio and its bagnos by ten. Exceptional restaurants like the "Pivot bistro di mare" or "l 'Amaro" are just a few meters away! And what about the communication from Gianmarco who was very good advice and who was always able to make himself available according to our needs! I can totally recommend. Beautiful and clean flat with a good kitchen to cook. Beach is very near and besutiful.
