"Les Ave Maria" Guest House

The guest house is finally renovated in summer 2024 m. Our guest house "Les Ave Maria" welcomes you at the back of our garden. Furnished in a studio with a bedroom area (bed 160X190), separate kitchen and shower room, this cottage is ideal for a couple wishing to enjoy the countryside, and the Loire castles. The house is equipped to accommodate a young child. We give access to our swimming pool 2 hours (flex) per day from June to seven and fully available between 8 and 23 August.

Our 14th century house is located in the heart of Touraine, a region known for its castles and fine wines. The house is 180 m²: Ground floor with 2 bedrooms (1 double bed 160 x 200 cm and 2 single beds that can be pushed together), a kitchen, dining room, living room, 1 bathroom. 1st floor with 1 master suite (160 x 200 double bed), a bathroom and a charming small covered balcony. The garden is 600 m² and includes a private in-ground heated pool.

Longère du Sud Touraine in the heart of the Loire Valley

Heated pool open from early May to late September. Tourangelle farmhouse located at the exit of a small typical village in the south of Touraine. No neighbours, unobstructed view of the hilly countryside. Large garden with terraces and in-ground pool (May to September). This family home was refurbished in 2018. It is located 10 minutes from the city of Loches and its Royal Castle, and 45 minutes from Tours. Beauval Zoo is a 35-minute drive away.

Welcome to La Petite Bret, a comfortable and charming house in the outbuildings of an 18th century property. You will enjoy the quietness of the countryside, just 1 km from the shops. A walk will take you to the Château de Villandry and you will enjoy many other tourist attractions offered by the UNESCO-listed Loire Valley: the famous castles, vineyards, historic districts and shopping in Tours, the Loire Valley cycling tour...

Comfortable cottage located in the countryside with free access to the entire outdoor area on our property of about 2 hectares (terrace with garden furniture, large meadow, pond, park, trampoline). Bed linen, blankets, duvets, towels, kitchen towels are included. Swimming pool secured by a lockable high shelter, useable covered or uncovered in free access. In winter, the pool is not available. It has a south-facing terrace with no neighbours opposite and another to the west, equipped with garden furniture. You can enjoy the pool according to the weather conditions. We provide linen: sheets, duvet covers, pillowcases and towels. You are in a dead end with no traffic. Ideal for rest!
