apartment on the outskirts of Jerez, very well maintained and stylishly furnished. Excellent internal cleanliness. Very convenient private indoor parking. Air conditioning in all rooms (essential given the heat in the city), kitchen with all the accessories (dishwasher, microwave and traditional ovens, washing machine etc.) large and well-kept condominium pool, presence of the lifeguard during opening hours. Convenient location for reaching the city center and at the same time for a trip to the sea which can be reached in a maximum of 20 minutes.

We would definitely come back. All the amenities, breathtaking views, everything in perfect condition, practically above Rota beach and close to downtown. The owner is quick and attentive communication.

We had a really nice time at Enrique and Anas place!! They are super nuce and the apartment was perfect for our group to walk around and explore Càdiz!

Second visit to Francisco's place and have to say it is always a pleasure staying there. Fran is a great host! The apartment is spacious and he has thought of all the amenities needed for a wonderful stay! There is a park behind the complex and stores that are within minutes walking distance for anything you need. Absolutely planning on another stay soon!

We had a lovely stay, although we know the area well. The apartment is spacious and airy, the beds were super comfortable and we slept well. The apartment was well equipped with everything we needed. Towels were provided which is great for a traveller. Communication with Antonia was perfect and very responsive.

The stay was very pleasant. The apartment looks like the photos and has all the amenities you need. The property is very nice and well maintained. There are many free-range chickens and you are in the middle of the countryside, yet well located to get from there to the beautiful beaches and towns. Miguel is very attentive and has made the stay even more pleasant. Absolutely recommended. I would come back.

We had a wonderful stay in Viveca and Hendrik’s house, which is centrally located right on one of the main squares in town (Plaza Espana), with great bars, restaurants, and supermarkets just steps away. Despite its central location, the apartment was peaceful and quiet, making for a very relaxing and pleasant stay. The check-in and checkout process was very smooth, and Viveca and Henrik made everything easy from start to finish. The apartment was spotless, beautifully decorated, and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed for a family of five plus grandparents. It even had the basics coffee, milk, and other basics on arrival - a thoughtful touch that made us feel very welcome. Parking was not an issue, we found free parking a short walk from the house. This is one of the nicest places we have stayed in, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to friends and family.

This house was spectacular! Isabella was wonderful with communication and always quick to respond! The property and the home are gorgeous with beautiful furnishings and we felt right at home. The decor is so lovely, and everything was very clean. Having a washer and dryer was extremely helpful with four young kids who can’t ever keep their clothes clean! We also appreciated all the books and toys in the kids bedroom! The kitchen had everything we needed to cook dinners at the house and a large grocery store was about ten minutes away by car. Since we were there in the off season (December) it was very quiet, but still lovely! Highly recommend staying here and would be really lovely to bring grandparents or other friends to stay in the other homes on the property. Such a fun stay for us and our kids! And the dogs were sweet and left us alone, but my kids loved seeing them walking around. Great stay all around!

Kelly's place is amazing! The location is perfect - right in town with many places to walk to right outside the door. The place itself is so special, an old villa with modern amenities. We had a group of 10 and it was more than enough space. The kitchen is incredibly well appointed, and we were able to cook easily. We have small kids and Kelly even though of things for the kids - toys, train sets, pencils and paper to draw, and a pack n play available on request. The rooftop terrace was wonderful to sit and enjoy the sunrise/set. And Kelly's communication made it feel like we were staying at a friend's house - she gave us restaurant suggestions and was readily available to answer questions. Vejer as a town is beautiful and there are plenty of places to drive to for a day trip. We stayed for a week and wished we could have stayed for weeks more!

Everything is great, Ana and Antonio are very friendly, always ready for everything, and although they live in the house next door, they respect the privacy of the guests very much. The house is wonderful, it doesn't lack a single detail, the kitchen is equipped with all the necessary appliances and utensils, in addition, they have the thoughtfulness to provide oil, vinegar, salt, sugar, coffee, tea, which is appreciated. In the bathroom there are many towels, and many toiletries available to guests, and everything is very clean. The garden area, pool, and barbecue are beautiful. We hope to return to enjoy it, since we went in February, and it's not swimming season. A house that is 100% recommended if you want to spend a few days of peace and quiet in a rural setting with a lot of charm. We'll be back!! Thanks for everything to Ana and Antonio, they treated us like a luxury.

Blanca's house is wonderful, has an amazing light and views It's been a luxury to have breakfast with those views,among other things It is also very spacious and comfortable and is very well equipped The area is beautiful and very quiet On the other hand, you can also enjoy good restaurants and events, offered by Zahara de los Atunes, which is located in the immediate vicinity It's been a great experience

A wonderful home in a wonderful town.

We had a lovely stay at Ellen’s. So well equipped including items for the beach! It’s in a great location - 5 minutes walk to gorgeous restaurants and bars of the old town yet quiet at night. Loved the balcony area in the early evening for reading and relaxing after the beach. Thanks so much Ellen for our stay and for being so helpful and thoughtful.

Marta met us at the parking and took us right up to the house, gave us plenty of information about the area and even left a few goodies for us. House is just like the pictures and the terrace is lovely with a beautiful view. Will visit again.

My wife and I spent a few weeks on vacation in Juan Simon’s apartment with our two little kids. The space is spectacular, with a huge outdoor balcony with incredible ocean views. The apartment is well-furnished, with comfortable furniture and sufficient space for a family of four. The community is great, with beautiful green space and a pool. The garage parking is very convenient, and the apartment has numerous great restaurants, the beach, and the Rota town center within walking distance. Juan Simon is an outstanding host, very responsive and helpful during our entire stay. When visiting Rota again, I would absolutely stay here again and would recommend this place to anyone visiting Rota. Muchas gracias Juan y un abrazo!

Second time we are staying and go out again with the same feeling of being at home. Everything is perfect. And the terrace with ocean views… a luxurious

Great location in a walkable old town. The view is stunning. The apartment does need some minor cosmetic fixes as mentioned in other reviews but it was very clean and tidy. The parking is for as very small car, as is also mentioned. Suggest you back in. Also the parking spot is third from the left when you are facing the parking row and the building.

Cristoph welcomed us very kindly and gave us very good recommendations. The apartment is beautiful, fully equipped and 5 minutes from the beach.

A beautiful place, a beautiful house, with a luxury orientation, gives joy when you see the sea in front of you and breathe that typical coastal breeze, the house with all kinds of details,have been wonderful days with my family. Remedios, the hostess, very nice, if it can be someday we will return.
