Located on the second floor facing southwest, you'll access it using an outside stone stair from the garden on the ground floor. Old fashioned but well maintained. Nice 17 m2 room, equipped with all comforts except air conditioning: kitchenette , washing machine, office/dining area..., I am located in a residential and very quiet neighborhood. I have a dedicated parking space and a separate entrance, as well as a private terrace. Located only 18 km from Aix and 20 km from Marseille, 11 km from the airport and 20 km from the Aix TGV train station, 30 minutes from the beaches of the Côte Bleue... Car highly recommended
