The apartment is in mint condition, has rural modern furnishings and is very well equipped. Frasdorf lies at the foot of the Chiemgau mountains, nestled in the gentle hills of the Alpine foothills. Just 8 kilometers from Lake Chiemsee and Lake Simssee. Centrally located between Munich and Salzburg and away from the hustle and bustle and in every season.

Die lichtdurchflutete Unterkunft ist mit elektrischen Rollläden und einer Fußbodenheizung ausgestattet. Lebensmittel / Bäckerei gibt es direkt Vorort. Mit dem Bus (Linie 1 - alle 30 Min.) ist man in 20 Min. in der mittelalterlichen Altstadt von Landshut. München ist mit dem PKW innerhalb von nur 60 Minuten erreichbar. Zum Flughafen MUC sind es 40 Minuten mit dem PKW.

This apartment is a separate area in a detached house with a private bathroom and a full kitchen. It is located in the basement as a semi-basement apartment with 2 large windows. The furniture was completely new in 2022. A large smart TV and Wi-Fi are available and there is also the possibility to use the washing machine. The house itself is situated in an idyllic location in the countryside. Destinations such as the thermal spa Erding and Munich can be reached in 30 minutes by car.

With us you will find a small quiet 1.5 room in a natural location. Mini first floor apartment 7 minutes from the A94 Schwindegg exit. There are 2 pull-out beds for max. 4 people. There is a fridge with freezer compartment,, stove, microwave, coffee maker, toaster and kettle.Bed linen, towels and dishes are provided once. We offer you a well-kept bathroom with shower, foot bath, radiator + toilet. The terrace is also available for your own use. Please request long-term booking.

Tiny house in a secluded location between 2 ponds with boat

Come to this incomparable retreat in the middle of nature. We offer a small wooden house between our 2 ponds, on one of which there is a small rowing boat. In the cottage is a comfortable double bed, a seating area and the possibility to cook with a camping stove - but there is no electricity and no running water in the cottage. At the cottage is a small sink. Outside there is a barbecue area, hammock and seating. Bathroom for exclusive use is at the top of the farm.

Gas station, inn, swimming pond, and playgrounds in the village.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. The apartment is about 30 square meters and is located on the second floor and is accessible via a shared staircase. It has a separate bathroom, which has a shower and toilet. We have made it cozy for you with a comfortable 140 x 200 cm bed and a pull-out sofa. Free Wi-Fi is available to you at all times. There is also a parking space at your doorstep free of charge.

Relax in this quiet place. The apartment is on the 1st floor. The living-dining area invites you to linger. In the fully equipped kitchen you can prepare a snack or a great meal. One bedroom is equipped with a 1.40 m x 2.00 m double bed and another bedroom is equipped with a single bed. The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub. On the large balcony you can recover from everyday stress.
