Whether you’re looking for a relaxing getaway or a work-from-home retreat, this place is ideal. The host was also fantastic, responsive, and made sure everything was just right. Aswathi made sure that we have everything we need. Since the local stores are a bit far away, she arranged groceries and our other needs and got it delivered to us. Highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and tranquil stay. Would definitely return!

Host was responsive, proactive and kind. home was easy to find. checkin went smooth. the home is close the the kalpetta city. surrounded by various trees and plants. quite neighborhood. was kind of the Mr. Ismail to make us coffee once we reach the home. the home has good wifi network , clean home. overall definitely recommend the place. will look forward to get back to Mr. Ismail's home when visiting wayanad again.

Our plan was very last minute, and we're really thankful they accepted our request so quickly. This homestay is not like the usual ones where a caretaker manages everything. Here, the service is provided by the family members themselves, which makes it feel more like home. From check-in to check-out, the instructions were clear and simple. Offering food at a homestay is an extra task, and we genuinely appreciate the effort they put in. They could have easily suggested nearby commercial hotels, but they went the extra mile to provide home-cooked meals, which made the experience so much more special. It's not about the price; it's about the warmth and hospitality. The house is beautifully built with library, and we had a great view of the plantation at the back. The area is perfect for long walks, and there's even a football turf nearby for sports lovers. A short, peaceful drive of just 5 km takes you to the nearby town, and don’t miss out on a visit to the Calicut Chips shop there!

We have a wonderful time at this house. Rooms were clean. The shower and taps in the ground floor room were not working properly. Overall it was a beautiful home. A very peaceful location. We enjoyed and felt like home. The young couple greeted us . Very nice home for a group of six persons.🐦‍⬛

If you want to experience clean and fresh air away from the hustle and bustle of city life, this place is a must-go. The staff and owners offer absolutely warm hospitality and the food is home made and scrumptious. One of the best go-to places for a weekend getaway.

highly recommend this place to anyone who is visiting Wayanad. Kiran is an amazing host with very kind helpers. They live in the vicinity and are very responsive to your needs and requirements. The pool and the outdoor area is the highlight of this property. The pool was very clean and good size. Additional points for the pool being private, for those looking for it, this is absolutely private. The overall ambience of the outdoor area is really nice. Lot of activities outside the pool area. We stayed for a day, but it would be a lot more fun to stay more. The rooms are decent size and clean. Overall, I think this property is gold. And totally worth it. You will not be disappointed.

There was a slight delay during check-in due to some miscommunication and the incorrect location shown on the map, so I’d recommend searching for the place directly on Google Maps for smoother navigation. The pathway leading to the property is quite steep and narrow, but once you reach, the view makes it totally worth it. Overall, a lovely, well-maintained stay in a serene environment. Would definitely recommend!

Staying at the Hive villa was one of the most peaceful and beautiful times of our lives lately, it is maintained very well with all possible amenities and comforts you can ask for from a home like property. Kudos to Prasad and his team Alvin, Ajit, Abhishek for hosing us, it felt like home away from home. Even our pet was welcomed equally. The tree house is gorgeous and the villa has access to cricket, basketball, bi-cycles, other indoor games too, so that the kids had lots to do as well. Food is very good and property's location if absolutely charming. You are nestled amidst coffee plantations and so much lush greens around, even the sounds of birds and Malabar squirrel can be heard from a distance. We will definitely be back here Prasad. Thanks for hosting us and showing us around, and sharing your beautiful place with us.

The place is absolutely beautiful. There are so many elements in the property like multiple seating areas, ponds, barbecue place, that add to the experience. We stayed here with our 4 doggos and they had a lot of space to run and play around in the property. They had the best time! The help and her daughter who maintain the property are very sweet and ensured the rooms and kitchen were clean and they really did a great job. Regional breakfast like idli, appam and all was provided and it was good. They only speak Malyalam but we could still manage to understand some bits :D. The host is very proactive and responsive. She made sure we had everything that we needed. Will visit again ❤️

Great place, very serene and secluded. Lots of thing to do at the airbnb it self and also in close proximity. Both the caretaker and the chef were amazing people and made our stay as comfortable as possible. Definitely going to visit again!

I stayed here for 4 days, and it was a wonderful experience! The host Mr Ben was extremely helpful and treated us like family, making us feel so cared for, also surroundings were very peaceful, perfect for relaxing….everything was clean, calm, and pleasant….I highly recommend this place✨🤝
