We travel to visit family. The area is very quiet and close to parks , leisure areas, health center, restaurants, train... Everything is very well connected. Rosa excellent host, from the first moment she was interested in that we had what we needed, the husband left us the house warmly so that the reception was very pleasant, she helped us with the luggage...Nice, very good treatment, communicative, available, recommended 💯

Well located apartment a few minutes walk from metro line 1 in a rather quiet area. Full of commerce around. Tatiana was very accommodating on the schedules and allowed us to leave our luggage in the accommodation so we could walk a little before getting back on the train. Thank you.

The dd Fabiola house is just perfect. Every little detail is taken care of, the spaces are beautiful, cozy and truly spacious (we were 7 adults, 1 baby and 2 dogs). Communication and entry/check out has flowed smoothly, responds quickly and is pending to be able to help with anything. Also, just a 5 minute walk you have supermarkets, bakery, butcher shop, pharmacy… We really had everything you need and more. Looking forward to coming back!

If driving drop off at the plaza in front of the Cathedral and drive up Calle San Jose to the free public parking and walk down- easy.

We spent some fantastic days in this apartment, it is beautiful and spacious! We felt right at home and the host was always super attentive and making everything very easy and flexible. A 10! Thank you!

A wonderful house and Pilar available at all times for anything.

It seemed like a very cozy apartment,very nice decorated,with several rooms ,its kitchen ,with a good location and that Marta was always a very friendly person,worried that everything would go well and we would understand the directions to get there and clarify any questions . If we came back we would probably like to go back there.

We loved staying here. The photos are accurate, it was clean & Felix is so responsive and helpful with any needs. It’s small and basement level yet with interior light it feels comfortable and has everything you need for a month long stay. The neighborhood is right next to the Palace and tourist areas, and also beautiful parks and the river walk, so you feel right at the edge of being in the middle of everything but with tranquil nature. 10-15 min walk to everything. Good restaurants and groceries and anything you need just a block away. We chose it based on price and being by nature and it was perfect for us. My husband and our two dogs stayed here comfortably.
