This Tiny House, lovingly built by the owners, is uniquely located on the water (a canal) in the green outskirts of Spaarnwoude. The perfect combination of space, nature and proximity to the cities of Amsterdam and Haarlem. On the ground floor, you will find a fully equipped kitchenette, a bathroom with a toilet and shower, and a dining area. Outside, there is a terrace on the jetty. On the first floor, there is a double bed and a sofa, where you can enjoy the special view over the canal.

This cozy Tiny House is close to Amsterdam, Haarlem, the dunes, the beach and the North Sea. The Tiny House includes a sitting area, double bed, kitchenette and a separate bathroom. It also has a sunny private terrace with a seating area. There are two basic bicycles that can be used as an extra service during the stay. Towels, hair dryer, soap and shampoo are provided in the bathroom. In the kitchen, you will find a NESPRESSO, kettle, fridge, combination oven and 2-burner stove.

This luxurious family house was restored in 2024. With 3 bedrooms and a bathroom. A large open kitchen and a cozy garden with a tv and a mini-fridge. It is also possible to add an extra baby bed. Just a 5 min walk to the trainstation to Amsterdam, This train will take you to Haarlem city in 10 minutes, and 25 minutes to Amsterdam. Also, if you want to go to the beach, its a 15 min drive to IJmuiden and if you take the train, you can be at Zandvoort in 25 min!

A stay in our modern and comfortable guesthouse in a rural area in the village of Assendelft offers many advantages: - Detached Guest house with private entrance. With two bathrooms and two bedrooms. "Adults only" stay in horse stable with skyview

Stay on a (care) farm with cows, horses, sheep, chickens, pigs and dogs. The B&B is unique. Come and enjoy the National Park, the beach, the sea and the city of Haarlem, which are all just a stone's throw away, and Amsterdam, which is only 25 minutes away by train. A fantastic place to unwind and enjoy the sky view from bed in any weather. Rural and yet again close to the village. Horseback riding is not possible, but of course pet and visit!
