A super nice kitchen (Bulthaup), with stove, microwave, oven, coffee maker, fridge and freezer and dishwasher. With a washing machine, dryer, iron and iron and ironing board. The villa is located on the water with a private jetty with canoe on a spacious plot (±750 m2). In the middle of nature. Near Veluwemeer, Harderwijk, Dolphinarium, Walibi, etc.

From the large kitchen you can look over the water. With a staircase down you come to the living room where you can enjoy yourself and stand on the ground floor with the water. One level lower are bathroom and bedrooms and you are "face to face" with the water.
