Excellent quiet stay in this large house, very convenient with 2 bathrooms and bedrooms away from the living room. Very well equipped and functional kitchen. The beach is accessible on foot after a walk in the pine forest.

We had a great stay. The house is really very beautiful and modern. The plus is its outdoor terrace and the sea view. Everything was spotless, the living room large and functional. Everything is tastefully decorated. We loved this rental and the neighborhood is very quiet. I recommend it 100%.

We had wonderful holidays in this little cabin right on the sea – the location is fantastic and exactly as described. If you're looking for peace and nature, this is the place to be. The cabin is really very small, with rather modest storage space. Due to its location in the forest and near the sea, the humidity is noticeably high, which is also noticeable in the interior. There is a typical, slightly earthy smell as you know it from old, damp houses. The cleanliness was absolutely fine for a house of this kind and location. However, if you have a very high standard of hygiene or perfection, you should be aware that it is a simple, natural accommodation with lots of charm. A highlight for me was the bedroom: small but wonderfully harmoniously furnished – with an excellent mattress without these unpleasant, plasticized mattress covers. I have rarely slept so well in an Airbnb!

Very nice house for family moments. Very well equipped for children in particular! Very warm and responsive host to help when needed. Properly-equipped kitchen. Peaceful setting and swimming pool overlooking pleasant fields. It should be noted that within 10 min by car there are plenty of great activities (zoo, children's park, nautical base etc.) Thanks to Damien for this week of vacation

We stayed in this house on a weekend with friends. The house is very nice and designed to accommodate our group. Staying with Adeline and Félix was a pleasure.

The Villa is really what you can call a "VILLA", everything is designed to make the most of the accommodation, everything is clean and new, my friends and I recommend this accommodation without moderation. Thank you very much and maybe see you next time in a warmer period when we can enjoy the pool.

Super nice house with a great garden. We had a great vacation in Christine's house with 4 adults and 3 children. We were received in a very friendly manner by Christine and were allowed to park our cars in the parking lots in advance. The house is very tasteful and cozy furnished and you immediately feel comfortable. With the new pool, the children in particular got their money's worth. You can walk to the city or the beach very quickly. All in all, a great place to stay! We will be happy to come back :)

Franck was an excellent host and met us when we arrived at the property. He was really friendly and took the time to show us all the facilities including how to remove the pool cover and work the barbecue. We were really thankful Franck helped us make an appointment at the local veterinary for our dog to get pet passport stamped. The accommodation is really spacious and Franck has thought of everything you will need. The outside space is really big with lots of seating and of course the pool. The swimming pool was just fantastic, top quality, very clean and heated to a lovely temperature. We used the barbecue several times which was also high quality. The bedrooms were all large and bed very comfortable. The neighbourhood is very quite and only 10-15 minute walk through a park to the sea front and the beach. Great Boulangerie in Bretignolles. The coastal towns all within easy access. We would highly recommend Francks place and will definitely look to return the in the future.

Had a great stay in Cholet. The home was beautiful and as described. The swimming pool was large, clean and will kept. A lovely family holiday and thank you for hosting us.

Our stay at Marion's was perfect! The house is beautiful, very nice, Marion is responsive and very welcoming. Quiet and charming residential neighborhood. A heavenly stay! We wanted to warmly thank the concierges of this beautiful home: welcoming, available, responsive and very accommodating. My friends and I had a great time, both in the pool and on the pétanque court. The quality of the bedding, the comfort of the amenities and the quiet of the street made this stay perfectly relaxing. We had a great time at Emilie's home. The environment was very quiet. The kids were able to take advantage of the heated pool. The House is well equipped . Coastal walks are directly accessible from the house. The city center is a 15mn walk and the supermarket 5 minutes by car . Access to the master suite upstairs is via a narrow spiral staircase, not suitable for young children or in case of Restricted mobility.

Very good stay as a family in Noirmoutier, close to the beach and walking trails. The pool is a real plus.
