Arched windows and doors, and a glass floor revealing the water below add more romance. The apartment, overlooks the canal, was renovated in 2017. The spacious and comfortable apartment is suitable for a maximum of 4 people. there are 2 large double bedrooms with canal view and 2 bathrooms (just one with a shower) But what makes the apartment unique is the living room kitchen, which overlooks the canal, you will experince a dinner looking at the gondola passing right in front of you! the living is equipped with glass floor directly over the canal. ..and you can see the water in the canal below you !! WI-FI, sofa, dining table, and kitchenette (electric burners, fridge, kettle, microwave). The quiet and bright apartment is close to the station and to public transportation, very convenient both when you arrive (by train, plane or car) or to go to Murano, Burano Bed, bath and kitchen linens are provided. Salt, sugar, oil, coffee are already in the kitchen corner. The whole apartment is for your exclusive use! The whole apartment is for the exclusive use of guests. At check in time I will give you all the information you need, a map with my favorite and local restaurants (local and authentic Venetian and non-tourist) and all the tips if you want to live Venice as a local Venetian! An inviting spiral staircase leads to a small landing with a view. The flat offers an elegant entrance hall with large double window overlooking the nearby canal. At upper floor: living room with top quality fully equipped kitchenette, 1 master bedroom with impressive view of Madonna dell’ Orto church front, a second double/twin bedroom, 1 spacious bathroom WC/bidet/ bath/shower, a second WC with hand basin. A decorative spiral staircase leads from the living room to a small roof balcony overlooking the picturesque canal in front of the house. The apartment is provided with good WIFI CONNECTION, AIR CONDITIONING and MOSQUITO SCREENS in any room CASA ZORZI is recommended both for romantic escapes and for family holidays. I use to welcome personally my guests, spending some time on arrival to recommend my favourite places in town....... All the furniture is new and of excellent quality, carefully selected for the realization of a welcoming and comfortable home. Air conditioning throughout the house and very fast internet wifi.
