Vacation rentals with a patio in Venezia

Wir haben neun Tage in der Wohnung verbracht und haben uns ausgesprochen wohl gefühlt. Sie ist hell, großzügig geschnitten und hat eine wunderschöne Dachterrasse! Praktisch sind vor allem auch die nah gelegenen guten Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Wir würden jederzeit gerne wiederkommen!

Fijne en praktische locatie voor bezoek Venetië en of op doorreis. Aangenaam ruim appartement en vriendelijke en gastvrije host!

Ein Schmückstück mitten im herzen von Venedig. Alles gut zu Fuss erreichbar und man geniesst höchsten Komfort in der Wohnung des Gastgebers. Perfekt für Pärchen oder um Zweisamkeit zu geniessen.

We were visiting Venice for La Biennale and Luca’s place is the perfect location. It’s a walk away from Arsenale and very close to restaurants. It’s a quiet neighbourhood, away from the tourist spots. The home is spacious, clean and welcoming. It is very well equipped even for longer stays.

A estadia foi ótima, tudo de acordo como estava anunciado. Fabrice respondeu rapidamente as minhas perguntas. Localização excelente, muito próximo da Estação de trem Santa Lúcia, o que facilitou muito nossa viagem. Super indico o apartamento! Estadia maravilhosa!

Gaia è sempre stata disponibile su tutto. Inoltre ci ha provveduto in anticipo i biglietti per il pullman . Ci ha fornito altri giochi per la nostra bambina e pazientemente ci ha pure dato informazioni utili . L’appartamento era fornito di tutto come a casa propria. Ti sentivi a casa . Letti comodi. Giochi da tavolo. Comprendeva lenzuola e asciugamani. Non mancava niente . Tutto pulito e in ordine . È tutto corrispondeva alla perfezione come descritto . Parcheggio privato. La fermata del pullman era vicino all’ alloggio . Comodo ai servizi . Abbiamo anche apprezzato i piccoli dettagli dell’arredo che dimostrano l’attenta cura della padrona di casa. Ottime recensioni. La consigliamo vivamente. ♥️

Very peaceful place, far from any tourist traffic. Very high standards in amenities. Difficult to think about any missing items in the toiletries and the kitchen, including cloth napkins, numerous towels, mosquito-repellent lotion (the apartment is very close to water), a comfortable mattress, and perfumed soaps. Even two different types of pillows. The Coop supermarket (5 min.) caters to daily needs, so there’s no need to store much in the kitchen. Overall, a great relaxing stay in optimal conditions.

베니스 본섬 들어가기에 아주 좋은 위치입니다. 호스트가 직접 맞아주었으며 내부는 아주 깨끗하게 관리되고 있었습니다. 적극 추천합니다.

Nous avons fait un séjour d’une semaine. L’appartement est très bien situé sur Murano, face à une station de vaporetto. Coin tranquille. L’hôte nous a bien indiqué comment accéder à l’appartement. Il nous a egalement suggéré plusieurs restaurants. J’y retournerais sans aucun doute.

I had a fantastic stay at this property ! clean, comfortable, The location was perfect, with easy access to piazzale Roma . What truly made the experience exceptional was the host. They were incredibly helpful, caring, and went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed. From providing local recommendations to checking in to see if everything was okay, their hospitality was top-notch. I highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a wonderful place to stay with. And thanks to Faina and Family.

The place is very beautiful and clean. It was well equipped with all amenities. The garden was so peaceful, I had a nice time reading. Paola and her husband are both very nice and friendly. They even dropped us at the railway station. Venice Santa Lucia (centre) is easily accessible by train. I fully recommend this place if you want quiet time outside of the very busy centre of Venice and also visit the city centre during the day.

Luisa was a great host and the place was perfect especially with the garden!

Stay here!!! THE BEST airbandb in Venice. We cannot say enough good things about this airbandb - its PERFECT! The host, Massimo, is so helpful - he arranged the taxi for our arrival and departure, was super flexible, gave us tips and showed us his place. The place: AMAZING!! renovated in a perfect quiet area but close to everything - We will be back -- Definitely more than recommend :-)

A terrific stay at Tania's place in Roncado. A beautiful huge house with a fantastic kitchen and a beautiful garden. If you like cooking - this is the best stocked kitchen I have ever seen in any airbnb in 10 years. The house garden is huge and very beautiful. This is truly one of the best stays at airbnb ever. The hosts a very nice, very responsive - I have only the best things to say about our experience. The location is terrific - you must have a car to stay here, and then you are 20 minutes away from 2 airports (Treviso and Venice), 5 minutes from 2 huge supermarkets, 3 minutes from a motorway. We loved everything and truly hope to be back!

Dit was inmiddels de 3e keer dat we bij Stefania verbleven en het was weer als thuiskomen. Een fijne plek in een rustige omgeving en mooi centraal gelegen in de regio Veneto. En Stefania is een fijne gastvrouw. Wij komen weer terug!

Logement très pratique et extrêmement propre. En revanche, gros bémol pour l'insonorisation et les voisins bruyants qui durent tard le soir et commence tôt le matin

Lovely apartment, with a roof terrace. We had a great time at Valentia's place and were grateful with the recommendations and wealth of information that was provided in advance. The bedrooms were very comfortable and the outside space a real treat. The sunshine helped. Updating the outside furniture is probably due but it didn't detract from our wonderful stay. Thanks very much.

Très bonne communication avec Francisco, l'appartement correspond parfaitement à la description Dans un quartier calme et à proximité de tous les transports (bus, bateaux et train), nous avons passé un excellent week end

Notre séjour de 7 jours à Venise formidable . Notre logement avec 1 gardien parfaitement placé et accessible par bateau bus Alilaguna en arrivant de l'aéroport ( forfait 27 euros A/R avec un arret à la station San Stae à 200 m de notre adresse) Nous avons été accueillies par Anna très chaleureusement en français. Elle nous a donné de bons conseils et de bonnes adresses de restaurants MOCENIGO à 2 pas de notre logement.Aussi 1 coop . L'appartement au 2e étage était très agréable confortable avec vue sur un petit pont et canal (2 trousseaux de clefs ) pas d'ascenseur . On peut se déplacer de notre embarcadère San Stae facilement avec les vaporettos ACTV pour les iles MURANO et BURANO avec pass de 2 Jours (35 e) . Les transports étant très chers nous avons continué nos visites à pied, une carte et un bon GPS sont de rigueur, les ruelles de Venise un vrai labyrinthe ). Attention sur le bateau bus pick pocket même les plus avertis. Nous recommandons vivement cette adresse .

Volle 5 Sterne von mir. Das Apartment ist super sauber, groß, hell und perfekt gelegen, 50 Metern vor dem Meer entfernt. Kommunikation mit Michaela war äußerst freundlich und unkompliziert. Ich hoffe bald wieder für meinen nächsten Urlaub in Venedig zuruckzükommen!

This lovely apartment was a delightful place to stay and soak up the beauty of Venice. We loved the location next to the most beautiful church and just above a canal with gondolas floating along. The piazza below is full of activity and it was fun to sit on the terrace and watch life go by. The beds were extremely comfortable with crisp sheets and perfect pillows. The kitchen is well stocked, bathrooms so clean and full of anything we needed. We loved the comfortable couches and warm decor of the living room, a perfect spot to relax at the end of the day. Très bon contact avec Roberto et Mattia. ils nous ont donné les coordonnées d une agence de transports pour les transferts aéroport avec chauffeur. séjour de 5 nuits en famille dans l appartement, bien situé à 50m de 2 stations de Tram T1... direct venise. Un grand supermarché en face de l immeuble et à 10mm à pied du centre de Mestre (restaurants et commerces...). Le logement situé au 4eme étage est très confortable et bien équipé. Séjour parfait et idéal pour visiter venise et sa région.
