This child-friendly one-man's home has a large garden with playground equipment to grill and large parking space. Inside there is the possibility to use kitchen, two bathrooms with shower and bathtub, loft living room with toys for the children. four bedrooms ( two of the rooms have a double bed, 1 have two cots, with toys for the children. and 1 bedroom that is possible to turn up two adult travel bed, possibly travel bed for baby, if needed. We live centrally in Øvrebø, 5min to walk to shop, close to bathing water, frisbee golf course, paddle court.

Riverfront Tiny House

Charming cabin on the water's edge of Otra, with its own small beach and fishing dish. The cabin has a kitchenette with two hot plates, coffee maker, fridge and the most necessary kitchenware. No running water, but enough drinking water and washing water are provided. Toilet in your own building wall-in-wall with the cabin which is undisturbed on a sheep pasture. Free parking about 50 meters away. Great hiking terrain/close-up trips! The timber chute is nearby and should be experienced (google it). The same applies to the Setesdal Line

RV parking/tent space including electricity and Wifi

The place is in the immediate vicinity of the river Otra. Perfect accommodation for salmon fishermen. There are also good swimming opportunities. A trampoline can also be found here. It is about 5 km to Vennesla Sentrum, where you will find a rich selection of shops. In Vennesla you will also find the logging and the setesdalsbanen. Kristiansand Sentrum with its offers can be found about 14 km from the place. The place is also central to Kristiansand Dyrepark, Color Line/fjord Line term. The price includes electricity and wifi.

10 min from R9. 20 min from Vennesla. 30 min from Kristiansand and 45 min from Kristiansand Zoo. If GPS leads you onto a gravel road about 7 km from the cabin, you must find an alternative route. The road has a barrier at both ends. 100 m from bike route 3. Very fast internet. Outdoor living room with fireplace can be borrowed on request. Swimming area in the river 50 m from the cabin. Many hiking trails. Rowboat can be borrowed from about April to about November. Lots of small fish in the river. No fishing license required.

Right by the Sunday open grocery store, bus stop and only 1 km to Vennesla city center with cozy pedestrian street, cafes and shops, playgrounds and beach path. Large parking space by the house. 25 minutes to Kristiansand city center with Aquarama, the city beach, the art silo, Kilden, the harbor where Color Line departs and the fishing pier. No smoking or parties.

Tomannsboligen ligger i et familievennlig og rolig område. 30 min og kjøre til dyreparken. Boligen er på 100kvm og inneholder stue/kjøkken, bad, gang, og 3 soverom. Det er to terrasser, som gjør at man har sol hele dagen lang! Den største terrassen har grill og spiseplass. Vi har tre tripp-trapp stoler. Her kan vi tilby 1 newborn seat, samt to med bøyle. Per nå står det en sprinkelseng, men vi kan tilby 1 ekstra sprinkelseng og 1 side by crib ved etterspørsel. Det finnes en lekepark like ved.

A beautiful family-friendly little Summer House located by Kilefjorden offers a place to relax, go fishing, swim, hike, and enjoy nature and activities nearby. The Summer house is located at Bornes Camping in Hægeland and has everything you need to have an enjoyable relaxing stay. Two bikes are available to use as well as borrowing a canoe, a row boat or fishing pole. Enjoy the sun and the view all day at the two decks.
