The 2nd floor consists of 4 large bedrooms (approx. 20 m²), bathroom with bathtub and shower, as well as a loft living room. The zoo, Sørlandsenteret and Kristiansand city centre are only 25 minutes away. We have a quiet and secluded tenant with a private entrance, as well as a cat that lives in the garage. There is a large courtyard with space for several cars.
