In our apartment with 40 square meters of living space in the basement, you will find everything you need to feel completely comfortable. In the kitchen with a cozy dining area you will find everything you need for cooking and enjoyable food. The cozy living room is equipped with a comfortable sofa and a TV. Our holiday home in Burrweiler is located on the edge of the Palatinate Forest on the southern wine road in the middle of the chestnut forest on the Teufelsberg, at 355m altitude, below the St. Anna chapel. On the 1250 sqm fenced forest plot, there is a viewing area with a distant view of the Rhine plain, a patio made of old oak trunks and a picnic bench. You can also book our "Waldhaus mit Traumblick" on the Teufelsberg and our "Grünes Feriendomizil" in Landau/Pfalz on this portal.

Rebenmeer apartment, right next to the vineyards!

Our luxury apartment "Rebenmeer" is located on the outskirts of Hainfeld, within walking distance of the Koch wine pavilion and Scherr winery. The vineyards start right behind the house. An ideal location for hiking on foot and stopping in the huts in the Palatinate Forest. The occupancy is designed for 2 adults and 2 children or 3 adults. Children and toddlers are welcome. 😊Shopping is 3 km away. 4 restaurants in the village and child-friendly. Outdoor pool very close!

The apartment is just minutes from the center with restaurants, cafes, wine bars, historic wineries, various shops. The vineyards start around the corner and all lead to the nearby hiking area “Pfälzer Wald” with its popular managed huts. The Villa Ludwigshöhe, the Rietburg ruins, which can be reached on a romantic path with the Rietburg cable car, the wildlife sanctuary located there and a panoramic café are just some of the beautiful excursion destinations.

In the first floor it offers a luxurious small city apartment (about 80 m2) that surprises with original arches and lots of light (6 large windows). Couples will feel comfortable here. You can conveniently park your car directly at the apartment.

This spacious apartment is centrally located in the centre of St. Martin. It consists of a large living room with a fully equipped kitchen and a living area with a sofa bed 140x200 for 2 people. In the separate bedroom, there is a box spring bed measuring 180x200cm. This apartment offers space for 2-4 people. The apartment also has a bathroom with shower and toilet. In our shared garden, you can relax on the lounger in fine weather
