Monthly Rentals in Venture Out

Oh my where do I start....we came from IA for our first 'snowbird' experience and what a beautiful place to do just that. First of all the home has beds for 8....and they were comfortable beds at that. The 55+ community was a great place to 'live' for six weeks. Our hosts were friendly and very helpful. The house was a 'home' and we had hoped to book again next year. Unfortunately, it was already booked. Again, this was an amazing place to call home. I would rate everything a STAR rating. Great place everything was well organized and easeasy to find what was need and turning cooking or washing cloths. Anything you need they had available for use. Would 100 percent recommend for someone visiting!

Very responsive and just like the photos. Nice kitchen and living area, large bathroom, and a perfect bedroom. Very clean, they even provided treats and other essentials already stocked in refrigerator. So quiet and really enjoyed my stay it was as just what I needed for the week. Highly recommended and you will not be disappointed.

Susan was an excellent host! She literally thought of everything and had exactly what we needed for our stay. Susan also worked with us to get the air ducts cleaned because my husband was recuperating from his stem cell transplant. It was a great location, close to everything and easy access from the freeway. We had all the amenities of home and enjoyed our stay.
