A 5-minute walk to the center and 10 to the main supermarkets, this apartment is suitable for those who want to have amenities at their fingertips while having their own privacy. The apartment is spacious, bright, cool and ventilated making even the hottest days bearable, it is equipped with an air conditioner in the entrance and fans in the rooms. The bathroom and kitchen have been recently renovated. We warmly welcome dogs accustomed to cats, cats and humans well educated by the latter.

The tax must be paid in cash upon arrival in the apartment for the total of the nights booked. Casa Ilia is located inside the medieval village of Campiglia Marittima. To reach it, you have to enter inside the walls and immerse yourself in the fantastic atmosphere of the village. Near Casa Ilia you will find a pastry shop, a wine shop, some bars and restaurants and a market. WARNING: Ilia is located inside the village. Parking is not far outside the walls.
