If you are into ATV and off-roading, there are 100's of miles of trails to ride straight out the front driveway. The home currently has two queen beds and a queen air mattress. We also have access to Lake June and the private Sun N Lakes boat ramp and park. Boat ramp is by key.Plenty of parking for your trailers and rvs.

Cottage has one bedroom with a queen-sized bed and a sofa that fully reclines for an additional guest.

Completely private suite offers a Room with Direct TV and 2 recliners, in the same room Kitchen area has a microwave, refrigerator, sink and garbage disposal. Bedroom has a queen size bed with walk in closet. The Bathroom has a walk in shower 2 shower heads. After purchasing contact us with your ETA within 4 hours of your arrival. Listing says from 2pm-6pm we are flexible must asked in advance we will try to accommodate. Inquire about boat or trailer parking.

The Grovehouse 2 story barndo with huge yard

This is a relaxing two story apartment that you will have to yourself. We built this shop in 2019 for our citrus grove caretaking business. The apartment is in one end of the shop. There is room to spread out so bring the family with you. We have a foosball table upstairs and other games. Our place is in a quiet rural area where you can see sandhill cranes, pileated wood peckers and gopher turtles. There is no TV but we do have wifi so come unwind with us!
