The accommodation is wonderful and our host Juliana is very helpful, attentive and easy to access for communication.. The space is as presented in the photos, we receive everything clean and organized, new and well structured dependencies. I and my family spent light and happy days, very well accommodated. Unfortunately we took a cold front and did not take much advantage of the beach and the pool. However, as the house is comfortable, we take a great advantage of the space. Super. I recommend hosting Juliana!!!!

The house is good, Carolina is very attentive.

The house is in a good location and is spacious and well maintained. It has air-conditioning in all the bedrooms. Equipment in good condition but kitchen utensils could be updated. Despite having a freezer and washing machine in great condition, the lack of a microwave is noteworthy. The support staff (Anderson and Jo) are kind and efficient.

The House is airy, with everything very well taken care of, perfect location with a nearby beach (maximum 200 mts), barbecue area in front of the pool… for sure we will return.

The house corresponds to the advertised and, without a doubt, is the best option in the Condominium in which it is located. It is a condominium of simple houses, but that of Andreia stands out. In front of the sea, whose beach is very pleasant. The house is super ventilated and very well equipped. We thank the host for all the hospitality.

The extremely cozy house. It had everything you need for a stay at home. It was thus that I felt… at home outside my house. Every detail thought out with great affection to welcome us. Closed soap and toilet paper in all the bathrooms. Clean bedding. ALL kitchen utensils including glass platters. I was worried about taking some things thinking about I could have. But I didn't even have to take it out of the bag. The house is fully equipped. Positive point for the structure of the tbm condominium. Although there are few houses the clean and flawless club. Servants very attentive and willing to help with what we needed. The local beach (straight from the condomino) clear waters and natural fish. The attention and availability of Welington tbm was a major positive point. From the moment of the reservation to our departure from the property, always attentive, polite, concerned with providing us the best. Anyway I want to program a return. I recommend it without a doubt.

The weekend at Gustavo's place was very good and surprised everyone. The house is very quiet and exactly matches the description, perfectly catering to us who were there. Super quiet place to relax and enjoy with friends and family. With a 5min walk you are already at Penha beach, with a super calm tide. The stay was excellent! The house is wonderful, kitchen super-equipped, nothing is missing, a lot of indoor and outdoor space. Super fresh and ventilated. The house is a few steps from the beach, with a spectacular bathing place right at the condominium door (exit to the beach). The host is super kind, polite and agile in troubleshooting. Andrea was very helpful and attentive, leaving a treat for the children. The house is well organized and signaled, with the kitchen fully equipped. Items like deck and dominoes, beach items like chairs and umbrellas and others made our stay better. The house has many mango feet, which is a delight. The quiet condominium, on the same street all kinds of shops nearby. Attention points: the mattresses are a bit old and the bathrooms show a return of sewage. Although the photos suggest that the house is a foot in the sand, in fact, the condominium is a foot in the sand, and it is necessary to walk 2 minutes and open a gate to access the beach. Access is easy and didn't get in the way. The beach is amazing, just like the rest of the island. Andrea made it easy to check in and check out. I recommend your stay!
