We were more than happy with the warm hospitality and attention to detail. The accommodation was immaculately clean and tastefully decorated, providing a cozy and comfortable retreat. Host Ruth Marnez went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed, and their prompt communication made the entire experience seamless. The location was fantastic, offering easy access through Lomas de Sol and Lomas del Mar. There is a restaurant very close "La Parroquia de Veracruz" and there is an Oxxo close to the beach in the same residential complex. Also, "Mandinga" is close as well. Overall, we had a wonderful time and would highly recommend Marnez's Place to anyone looking for a memorable Airbnb experience!

While Jorge does not contact me, he designated a person who was always in touch providing instructions, help, always available. We were greeted with some details, in the house there was everything necessary for our stay, for example two towels per person. Coffee, sugar, oil, all the necessary appliances. The space is enough for 6 people. It has ambient music in the dining room, I recommend that guests bring a cable player and jack connector to connect to the ambient music. The house is in a safe fractionation, it is kept very clean and is perfect for going out for a walk with pets, biking, there is a Aurrera store very close to buy pantry, an OXXO inside the fractionation and several places to eat at the exit of the fractionation

Although it is not right on the beach, it is a few steps away and very easy to reach. I always had quick and attentive communication due to the owners' parde. The building staff is friendly and we had no issues with the use of common areas. the accommodation, we liked it, if we returned, surely we would stay there again, the arrival and departure are autonomous with the clear indications, only a few cleaning details otherwise very good, it matches the description and photos, it is comfortable, there is no elevator and it is on a third floor, the location is good as long as and when you have your car to move, the center of Veracruz and the surrounding beaches is approximately 20 minutes away, and there is everything (tienditas, Oxxo, fruits and vegetables) around the development and 8 min the super, we did not use the pool in part because the weather was not very good and also because we didn't have much time.

The apartment is amazing, comfortable and with details that make you feel at home! Everything is impeccable, the cosina has quite useful utensils, the only thing I would add would be a little oil, from there on the outside you offer tea and coffee freshly ground. The view is beautiful and the pool area gives it a plus that I couldn't find elsewhere. We will definitely be back soon.
