The property is located in good scenery and peaceful environment. It's a good place to escape from your busy schedule, Highly recommended. William was a good host, always available and helpful in all the situations and he helped us to get cab, bike contacts. Daily cleaning services were provided. Even bargained for cab charges. The cab driver was good. Pros of property Power backup, OTT platforms like Prime, Netflix, hotstar, etc.

A memorable stay in Goa. Peaceful and lush green space with a private pool access is what I was looking for with my family. Close to Mapusa and other major markets of North Goa. One can easily go the beaches by self rentals car or bikes. Safe locality for late night excursions. Coming to the place it was clean had all the amenities required. Water pressure from the faucets was perfect, ample bathroom linens were provided. Mattress was super comfortable. Kitchen had all the utensils for cooking. Online grocery delivery is available and restaurants also delivered to the place. Host has provided with a helper Bappi who is always available to help out and the maid comes regularly for cleaning which makes it comfortable to stay longer. Highly recommend to stay at Prashant ji's BnB if you are coming to Goa.

We had an amazing stay at this property! Our host, Anand, was fantastic—genuinely kind, highly responsive, and incredibly attentive to our needs. He ensured we were comfortable and that everything in the apartment was in perfect working order. Being a local from Goa, he also shared some excellent recommendations. The team maintaining the property, including Sanjay and Shilpa, were equally warm and helpful, creating a wonderful experience for us. The house itself is exactly as shown in the pictures—beautiful, charming, and equipped with everything you need for a short stay. It’s conveniently situated on a main road, making it easy to find. While the location feels private and serene, it’s just a short drive to popular spots and a variety of restaurants. Its central position near the Anjuna area makes it especially convenient. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and thoroughly enjoyed our time here!

The apartment was probably the best we've stayed in over 14years visiting Goa. Very spacious and clean. Lucy was the perfect hostess, very attentive and helpful. Perfect rural location in a small village - lots of wildlife, surrounded by hills; quiet & peaceful. Vehicle is a must but the location is central allowing easy access to all the North Goan beaches and resorts.
