A beautiful converted Barn situated in the tiny Hamlet of Le Mazergue in the Millevache Region of Creuse. Ideally located for those wanting a quiet retreat in the countryside and perfect for those who enjoy walking, bird watching, fishing and Skiing in the winter months, but close enough to towns and cities to soak up the French atmosphere during the day. Admire the star filled sky at night with is truly an amazing sight. We welcome 2 dogs at an additional cost of 50 euros per dog per stay

This independent accommodation was designed on the ground floor of a beautiful stone barn located next to our house, facing Allagnat Castle. A large bay window overlooks the garden that you can enjoy. In the heart of the Chaîne des Puys, on the edge of a forest known for its magnificent beech forest, Allagnat is dominated by its medieval castle and surrounded by multiple hiking trails. For a weekend or a longer stay, you will find tranquility and serenity. Puy-de-Dôme and Vulcania are about 30/35 minutes away
