A beautiful converted Barn situated in the tiny Hamlet of Le Mazergue in the Millevache Region of Creuse. Ideally located for those wanting a quiet retreat in the countryside and perfect for those who enjoy walking, bird watching, fishing and Skiing in the winter months, but close enough to towns and cities to soak up the French atmosphere during the day. Admire the star filled sky at night with is truly an amazing sight. We welcome 2 dogs at an additional cost of 50 euros per dog per stay

This independent accommodation was designed on the ground floor of a beautiful stone barn located next to our house, facing Allagnat Castle. A large bay window overlooks the garden that you can enjoy. In the heart of the Chaîne des Puys, on the edge of a forest known for its magnificent beech forest, Allagnat is dominated by its medieval castle and surrounded by multiple hiking trails. On a pretty wooded park of 5000 m2, you can enjoy the silence with only the sound of birdsong in the background. If you come in spring and summer, you'll have cows as neighbors. The cottage is very bright and cool in summer. We put our heart into creating beautiful vacation memories for you.

Walked and found the Auvergne – find the beauty!

Welcome! :) We are Sandra and Roy, two young Germans who moved to the green heart of France in late 2020. We speak some French, also English and our mother tongue German. We invite you to discover the calm and charm of our new region, the Auvergne. In our house you will find a rustic vegetable garden, Vietnamese pigs and ancient chickens. There are also two cats, rabbits and numerous ducks. We invite you to taste our vegetables and eggs. See you soon! :)
