Very spacious, comfortable, impeccably equipped, excellent 4G network coverage, the house offers everything you need to feel at home. The large fenced garden was a real plus for our two doggies! The views from the house are great wherever you are and the sunsets are beautiful! The many amenities available (raclette, bikes, foosball, chess...) have made our stay even more enjoyable. The house is ideally located for exploring the surroundings: Lac d 'Etival and various hiking departures within 10 minutes of the house, most of the sights only 30 to 45 minutes drive. We left delighted, and with the desire to come back soon. Thank you so much!”

We had a lovely stay in Rachel’s beautiful home. The house was spotless and very well equipped with everything we needed for a week’s stay. And the garden and terrace are amazing! Rachel is super responsive and was very easy to contact with any questions. The book with suggestions of restaurants and places to visit was really useful. Great location and loved the chickens :). We would definitely stay again!

Stephanes house is ideal for families who want to spend their holidays and feel like home. Its easy to find and very close to all the ski resorts. The owners are very friendly and willing to give an ly kind of information. I would recommend this place and next time i ll visit again.

We had a lovely stay at Nathalie and Gérard's cottage. The cottage is beautiful and very accurate to the photos, and the environment superb with a beautiful view of the surrounding mountain ranges (Aravis?). We'll be happy to go back.

Lovely garden with the pool and zipline. Very peaceful. Plenty of parasols to hide from the August heatwave we had! Plenty of space inside. Parking.

Had a very soothing stay. A perfect mini city retreat with a plus for the magnificent view of the park and the small library. I would recommend, and would not hesitate to come back.

Le Trappeur's Cabin is a nicely decorated home, with an authentic and warm style. It has a great view of the mountain, and in off-season parking is very easy. The place is also extremely quiet, ideal for recharging. The kitchen is very well equipped, which is a real pleasure when you like to cook without having to settle for the bare minimum. The host is very responsive and responds quickly to our questions. It also provides a map rich in points of interest in the area, which is especially valuable.

We stay for 5 nights and we feel so much at home. I stay with my wife and son. The chalet is spacious for 3 of us and has everything that we need. Lucy was very responsive. Its a place that we would stay again if we come to Morzine. Very beautiful place with beautiful surroundings. Drive your car car is a must.

the apartment is very nicely decorated and tastefully. We are a family with 3 teenagers and we didn't step on it. The view of the mountains is superb and we felt good there in this modern duplex where wood, iron and glass are beautifully highlighted.

A perfect and refreshing stay! Great bedding! Renaud is a responsive host, the instructions were very clear and accurate. The apartment is cozy, warm and quiet! The view of the mountain , an enchantment! The slopes are accessible from the parking lot to reach the Transval and the Combe des mares chairlift! We were lucky, it was just what it needed like snow! Benjamin's place was all we were looking for during kids' winter break: spacious enough for 2 families, great location and comfortable with all needed amenities. Location could not have been better: only 5 min drive to ski lifts & Megeve center, only 20 min walking distance to Megeve center with near-by shops for daily groceries. Benjamin was also very responsive and proactive, enabling us to have a very smooth check-in. We would definitely recommend and would like to come back again!

Beautiful home, clean, true to photos. The environment is quiet, nice view. Good bedding Good value for money. I did not have the opportunity to meet the host but he is very responsive, accommodating and friendly by message I highly recommend it.

Fabrice welcomed us with a bottle of champagne and helpful tips for exploring the area, including how to venture into nearby Switzerland. The shower was spa-worthy, the kitchen fully stocked, and the entire home felt like a peaceful escape. Fabrice and his family were warm and thoughtful hosts who made us feel like family. If you’re looking for a romantic and scenic retreat in France, this is it. We can’t wait to return.

We had a great time, the villa has stunning views of Lake Annecy. Amenities are as described in the listing, quiet neighborhood. Easy and very friendly communication with Laura and Lisa. We recommend this location!
