Tutto super!!! Alessandra è stata molto gentile e attenta nei nostri confronti. La casa si trova a 2 passi dal lago, dove puoi godere di una bellissima vista. Ottimo per un weekend in famiglia o con amici !! Ve la consiglio vivamente 😊😊

We stayed for 2 weeks in August 24 in this gorgeous house. The 3 of us and our dog had an awesome time there and enjoyed all the great amenities this house offers: Starting from comfy beds, clean bathrooms and a small but really well equipped kitchen over the absolutely beautiful garden with lots of fruit (fig, pear, pomgranate etc.) trees, a nice patio and the big pool. The communication with Roberto (house owner) was exceptional - he was very proactive and informed us in all cases when the gardener was showing up, or when he took care of the pool. In these occasions he also supplied us with nice pastries from Rome - grazie again for this kind treatment. Roberto also organized a wine tasting/menu in the vicinity for us, which was another highlight of this vacation. We can only recommend this house and Roberto and his wife Marta as perfect hosts, and are grateful for being given the opportunity to stay there. We will come back in the future!

We do not have the words to describe our stay here as it was truly special. I wish we had more time and if we are able to return one day we will definitely stay at Anna’s again. Anna went over and beyond to make our stay extra special. She had a variety of local goodies and goodies she made for us. She made us reservations at a nearby restaurant the first evening which was great good and a great experience. She arranged a tour of the local museum which was an amazing experience. She came with us and used her translator on her phone as we unfortunately do not speak Italian. Civitella d’Agliano is a special place and the people are wonderful. Thank you Anna for sharing your piece of heaven on earth with us!

Bella villetta in campagna, tenuta molto bene, bel giardino che circonda la casa, personale molto gentile e presente per qualsiasi esigenza.

Valentina è stata cortesisissima e disponibile, l'appartamento è molto ampio, comodo, ben arredato, completo del necessario in cucina in bagno e nelle camere. Estremamente pulito e ordinato La zona è assai interessante e da casa di Valentina si raggiungono in poco tempo le località di rilievo da visitare.

Alloggio molto caratteristico, nel centro storico. siamo stati solo due notti ed è stato tutto molto soddisfacente. È presente una rampa di scale per accedere al piano e può essere un po' impegnativa se si hanno difficoltà o molti bagagli, ma niente di impossibile. È possibile parcheggiare di fronte alla casa per scaricare i bagagli e parcheggiare a pochi metri con contrassegno messo a disposizione da Valerio. Tuscania è una cittadina molto bella ed è stata una sorpresa! In generale è stato un ottimo soggiorno e Valerio un eccellente Host, sempre molto reattivo. Consigliato!

Mi è piaciuto tutto di questa esperienza: la bellezza del paese e dei suoi dintorni, la casetta nel cuore del borgo, accogliente e funzionale, la disponibilità e gentilezza di Maurizio, la cordialità degli abitanti. Consigliatissimo a chi cerca itinerari fuori dalle rotte del turismo consumistico mordi e fuggi.

Alloggio splendido per trascorrere un weekend in tranquillità tra amici, i proprietari sono stati ospitali e sempre disponibili per qualsiasi cosa servisse, la casa è in ordine e pulita, il panorama è splendido. Torneremo molto volentieri.

1000 Sterne! Die Unterkunft: ein Traum, das Haus, der Pool, die Veranda, die Umgebung und der Gastgeber Simone! Es war alles perfekt. Der Gastgeber hat uns persönlich begrüsst und uns ein Begrüssungsgeschenk gegeben. Er war sehr reaktionsschnell und sehr freundlich. Bevor wir losfahren wollten, hatten wir einen Platten. Simone war extrem hilfsbereit. Er hat sich um alles gekümmert, hatte einen Kompressor dabei und hat uns anschliessend in eine Garage begleitet und mit uns gewartet. DANKE! Alles war sehr unkompliziert. Diese Unterkunft gibt dir unfassbar viel Ruhe und Frieden. Wennn du das suchst und wunderschöne Sonnenuntergänge: bist du hier richtig

We stayed in the farmhouse. Giacomo and Francesca greeted us when we arrived and made us feel immediately welcome. Their house is beautiful and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. We had been travelling around Italy visiting the major cities and our week in the farmhouse gave us the much needed time to rest and relax. The pool is the ideal temperature and a good size. Giacomo and Francesca checked in regularly to make sure we were comfortable and they were willing to help with anything we needed. This is the most exceptional AirBnB we have stayed in, their warm and welcoming approach coupled with the facilities and surroundings is worth a visit. It is well located to visit the beach, Rome and the surrounding area. We are looking forward to returning already!

Wir hatten mit einer Gruppe von sechs Freunden einen wundervollen Aufenthalt in der Villa. Matteo und seine Familie sind sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Bei Fragen haben wir immer sehr schnell eine Antwort bekommen. Der Check-In verlief super und wir haben auch Empfehlungen für unseren Urlaub bekommen. Besonders die Eltern von Matteo, die direkt nebenan wohnen, sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und einen wunderschönen Urlaub verbracht.

We hebben genoten van ons verblijf in dit schattige huisje met prachtig uitzicht! We werden vriendelijk ontvangen door de zus van Michele. We kregen nog leuke tips om te doen in de omgeving. Ook de ouders, die op het erf wonen, waren ( net als de zus) erg vriendelijk, vrolijk en behulpzaam. Ze hebben zelfs kleding voor ons gewassen. Bedden slapen lekker. Alle nodige spullen zijn aanwezig. We raden de accommodatie van Michele ten zeerste aan.

The place was amazing, we didn't want to leave. The best place that we have ever been. Highly recommend to visit this beautiful farm. The kids loved the farm and wanted to stay longer, if we come to Italy we will definitely come back. The house is sparkling clean and everybody in the farm are super friendly. We recommend to have a dinner or lunch at they restaurant. The food is delicious.

It is a huge villa with an excellent view of the mountains of Umbria (awesome sunrises!). Well equipped with actually everything you may need for your long stay. What we liked the most were the grapes that could be eaten straight from the vine. There are plenty of other fruits in the garden (if you come at the right time of year, of course). Last but not least, Jacopo was an excellent host, quickly responding to all our questions and inquiries. Thank you!

VERY rural location,which we loved,but if you are not used to country living and driving on country roads,the location could be intimidating.We were there in April,too early to be able to use the pool,but we did use the charcoal grill and ate outside several times. The surroundings are spectacular and you can hike up to the charming town of Civitella D'Agliano. There are grocery stores available as well as several pizzerias.We used it as a base for day trips to Umbria and Tuscany. We had a lovely 12 days here!

Quiet, tranquil place, clean apartment with everything working as intended. Beautiful garden and surroundings. Easy trip to town even with public transport, < 10 min walk for a train. The host was very accommodating both regarding arrival and departure. Very nice and helpful.

ottima sistemazione per posizione e confort. ogni appartamento è dotato di tutto il necessario e ha uno spazio all'aperto riservato. piscina piacevole, tutto molto curato. tornerò con piacere!

Es ist ein tolles Ferienhaus mit sehr freundlichen Gastgebern, einem großen Pool und ganz viel Privatsphäre. Das Haus ist geräumig, sehr gut und wirklich liebevoll eingerichtet. Es gibt alles, was man braucht. Die Gegend ist schön und ruhig. Simona und Gigi sind sehr herzlich und freundlich. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit und würden gern wiederkommen.

Alessandro e Maria Ida ci hanno accolti personalmente dimostrando la massima disponibilità fin da subito. La casetta è deliziosa, arredata con gusto e dotata di tutto il necessario anche per cucinare. Letto matrimoniale molto comodo. Splendido contesto (solo la strada per arrivare meriterebbe una visita), immersa nel verde, ma a pochi minuti di auto dal centro di Viterbo. Un’oasi di pace e una base perfetta per visitare la Tuscia. Speriamo un giorno di poter ritornare ! Grazie di cuore Alessandro e Maria Ida 🙏🏻

Villa dei Tigli is the perfect base to explore Umbria and Lazio. Letizia was a wonderful host, warm and responsive, excellent communication and local recommendations. The private pool was fantastic with stunning views across the valley. Carla's food was absolutely delicious, she was also so helpful and responsive throughout our stay. Highly recommend a meal at Poggio del Bolognino, suggested by Letizia, stunning views and gorgeous food and service. Don't hesitate to book this place, it won't disappoint!

Siamo stati benissimo da Elisabetta, un luogo magico, tranquillo, immerso nella natura e con tanti animali a fare compagnia. L'alloggio è ideale per due persone, estremamente curato e con un lettone molto comodo. Abbiamo particolarmente apprezzato fare colazione nel verde, circondati da simpatici gattini, galline e altri animali; cibo buonissimo e di ottima qualità. Elisabetta è una host molto simpatica e disponibile, è stato estremamente piacevole soggiornare da lei e torneremo sicuramente se dovessimo visitare nuovamente la bellissima Maremma.

Il Casale di Vulci è una Villa con tutti i comfort, ottimamente attrezzata e con un'area esterna meravigliosamente curata in ogni dettaglio. Le due piscine, una con acqua termale, completano le dotazioni eccezionali come palestra e sauna. Oltre a questo, gli host sono estremamente professionali ed incredibilmente gentili. Una delle migliori esperienze in villa che abbia mai fatto. Consigliatissimo.

La casa è una vera oasi di pace e il contorno non può che rendere tutto incantevole! Tobia e Francesca sono eccezionali e veramente disponibili, ci hanno fatto sentire a casa. Un paradiso così non lo trovi altrove e sicuramente resterà nel nostro cuore! Noi siamo andati via, con in mente già la prossima data per tornare.. Una vacanza e un posto indimenticabile e due persone veramente di gran cuore! Un grande grazie non basterebbe per averci fatto scoprire questo posto incantevole! A volte, con poco, si sta mille volte meglio! Ci vediamo presto ragazzi 🤍
