Great location for swimming and exploring Bolsena. Lake and bar/ restaurant close by but on a peaceful road

We stayed for 2 weeks in August 24 in this gorgeous house. The 3 of us and our dog had an awesome time there and enjoyed all the great amenities this house offers: Starting from comfy beds, clean bathrooms and a small but really well equipped kitchen over the absolutely beautiful garden with lots of fruit (fig, pear, pomgranate etc.) trees, a nice patio and the big pool. The communication with Roberto (house owner) was exceptional - he was very proactive and informed us in all cases when the gardener was showing up, or when he took care of the pool. In these occasions he also supplied us with nice pastries from Rome - grazie again for this kind treatment. Roberto also organized a wine tasting/menu in the vicinity for us, which was another highlight of this vacation. We can only recommend this house and Roberto and his wife Marta as perfect hosts, and are grateful for being given the opportunity to stay there. We will come back in the future!

We do not have the words to describe our stay here as it was truly special. I wish we had more time and if we are able to return one day we will definitely stay at Anna’s again. Anna went over and beyond to make our stay extra special. She had a variety of local goodies and goodies she made for us. She made us reservations at a nearby restaurant the first evening which was great good and a great experience. She arranged a tour of the local museum which was an amazing experience. She came with us and used her translator on her phone as we unfortunately do not speak Italian. Civitella d’Agliano is a special place and the people are wonderful. Thank you Anna for sharing your piece of heaven on earth with us!

Beautiful villa in the countryside, very well maintained, beautiful garden that surrounds the house, very kind staff and present for any need.

Very characteristic accommodation, in the historic center. We only stayed two nights and it was all very satisfying. There is a flight of stairs to access the floor and it can be a bit challenging if you have difficulties or a lot of luggage, but nothing impossible. You can park in front of the house to unload your luggage and park a few meters away with a permit provided by Valerio. Tuscania is a very beautiful town and it was a surprise! Overall it was a great stay and Valerio was an excellent Host, always very responsive. Recommended!

I liked everything about this experience: the beauty of the village and its surroundings, the little house in the heart of the village, cozy and functional, the availability and kindness of Maurizio, the friendliness of the inhabitants. Highly recommended for those looking for itineraries off the bite and runaway consumer tourism routes.

Beautiful place to spend a quiet weekend with friends, the owners were hospitable and always available for anything you needed, the house is tidy and clean, the view is beautiful. We'll be back.

Perfect place when visiting Penna. 5 minutes by car and 20 minutes walk to the center of Penna

We stayed in the farmhouse. Giacomo and Francesca greeted us when we arrived and made us feel immediately welcome. Their house is beautiful and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. We had been travelling around Italy visiting the major cities and our week in the farmhouse gave us the much needed time to rest and relax. The pool is the ideal temperature and a good size. Giacomo and Francesca checked in regularly to make sure we were comfortable and they were willing to help with anything we needed. This is the most exceptional AirBnB we have stayed in, their warm and welcoming approach coupled with the facilities and surroundings is worth a visit. It is well located to visit the beach, Rome and the surrounding area. We are looking forward to returning already!

This is a spacious and comfortable house with a beautiful garden and pool area. It was all exactly as described. Our host was very helpful. Rome and other areas were easily accessible by car. Would absolutely recommend. ❤️

We loved our stay at this cute cottage with beautiful views! We were kindly welcomed by Michele's sister. We got some fun tips to do in the area. The parents, who live in the yard, were ( just like the sister) very friendly, cheerful and helpful. They even washed clothes for us. Beds sleep well. All necessary items are provided. We would highly recommend Michele's property.

The place was amazing, we didn't want to leave. The best place that we have ever been. Highly recommend to visit this beautiful farm. The kids loved the farm and wanted to stay longer, if we come to Italy we will definitely come back. The house is sparkling clean and everybody in the farm are super friendly. We recommend to have a dinner or lunch at they restaurant. The food is delicious.

It is a huge villa with an excellent view of the mountains of Umbria (awesome sunrises!). Well equipped with actually everything you may need for your long stay. What we liked the most were the grapes that could be eaten straight from the vine. There are plenty of other fruits in the garden (if you come at the right time of year, of course). Last but not least, Jacopo was an excellent host, quickly responding to all our questions and inquiries. Thank you!

VERY rural location,which we loved,but if you are not used to country living and driving on country roads,the location could be intimidating.We were there in April,too early to be able to use the pool,but we did use the charcoal grill and ate outside several times. The surroundings are spectacular and you can hike up to the charming town of Civitella D'Agliano. There are grocery stores available as well as several pizzerias.We used it as a base for day trips to Umbria and Tuscany. We had a lovely 12 days here!

Quiet, tranquil place, clean apartment with everything working as intended. Beautiful garden and surroundings. Easy trip to town even with public transport, < 10 min walk for a train. The host was very accommodating both regarding arrival and departure. Very nice and helpful.

great accommodation for location and comfort. Each apartment has everything you need and has a reserved outdoor space. A pleasant pool, everything is very well cared for. I will be back with pleasure!

Simona was a great host and lovely house only thing I would note is that you do require a car to be able to get around to any local areas.

Alessandro and Maria Ida personally welcomed us, demonstrating maximum availability right away. The house is delicious, tastefully furnished and equipped with everything you need to cook. Very comfortable double bed. Beautiful context (only the road to get there would deserve a visit), surrounded by greenery, but just a few minutes drive from the center of Viterbo. Villa dei Tigli is the perfect base to explore Umbria and Lazio. Letizia was a wonderful host, warm and responsive, excellent communication and local recommendations. The private pool was fantastic with stunning views across the valley. Carla's food was absolutely delicious, she was also so helpful and responsive throughout our stay. Highly recommend a meal at Poggio del Bolognino, suggested by Letizia, stunning views and gorgeous food and service. Don't hesitate to book this place, it won't disappoint!

We had a great time at Elisabetta's, a magical, quiet place, surrounded by nature and with many animals to keep company. The accommodation is ideal for two people, extremely well cared for and with a very comfortable bed. We especially enjoyed having breakfast in the countryside, surrounded by cute kittens, chickens and other animals; very good food and great quality. Elisabetta is a very nice and helpful host, it was extremely pleasant to stay with her and we will definitely come back if we visit the beautiful Maremma again.

Casale di Vulci is a Villa with all the comforts, well equipped and with an outdoor area wonderfully cared for in every detail. The two pools, one with thermal water, complete the exceptional amenities such as a gym and sauna. On top of that, the hosts are extremely professional and incredibly kind. One of the best villa experiences I've ever had. Highly recommended.

The house is a true oasis of peace and the outline can only make everything enchanting! Tobia and Francesca are exceptional and really helpful, they made us feel at home. A paradise so you can't find it elsewhere and it will definitely stay in our hearts! We left, with the next date in mind to come back.
