Clean, full of equipment, parking spot and view to die for.

We spent a month in this beautiful little house by the lake, with a big patio and very comfortable furniture. Carole is an outstanding host; very considerate and quick to follow up when needed. We had a wonderful time at Carole's place in Lutry!

Great place with a fantastic view of the lake! I found everything to be as described with the sauna being an obvious highlight. Due to the house being located at a cul-de-sac, it feels very private (except for the odd rando intrigued by the view or the owner's sister collecting some furniture on Easter weekend). The autobahn is nearby, but its sound doesn't overwhelm that of the cow bells, so no big deal.

Thank you to Carmel and Yves for your kindness, authenticity and kindness, your beautiful and peaceful accommodation allowed us to spend wonderful moments of friendship and ... with the beautiful weather we were able to enjoy a magnificent terrace with a magical view. Great cottage with everything you need inside, host available if needed and responsive. The views are beautiful. I will be happy to recommend the place and will return as soon as possible.

I would particularly like to highlight the light-flooded rooms, the modern and simple furnishings and the direct access to the lake! The rooms all offer plenty of storage space. Fitness equipment and swimming equipment are provided. The contact with the landlords is straightforward and accommodating. In the evening, the roof terrace is nice to use. During the day it is quite noisy up there due to the national road. But you can escape to the lower floors and the balconies on the lake side. All in all a great place to stay!!!

Very pleasant new accommodation to stay in. Quality equipment whether in the kitchen or bathroom Aziz is very responsive and attentive Very well located 10 minutes from a ski resort, 40 minutes from Avoriaz and 5 minutes from Evian-les-Bains. I recommend it without a problem.

Excellent stay at Amber's, everything was perfect in every detail. Beautiful environment with a great view of Lake Geneva. Very nice bright accommodation with all the equipment offered in the description. Very nice small garden with car location to park. We highly recommend this rental which has a lot of major assets and a discreet but responsive host when booking. We had a great stay! Bed linen, towels and soap/dish soap/dish soap was provided in large quantities. The apartment is cleaned and the kitchen superbly equipped. When we had an issue with the heating, the owner was there immediately and helped us. The view directly onto the lake is fantastic, but the only thoroughfare leads directly past the house, so it can be heard very loudly on the balcony. Nevertheless, we definitely recommend the apartment, we felt very comfortable

It was lovely to be by the lake and very peaceful. it was also very convenient to be right by the station and the road without having to negotiate the narrow roads that are higher up the slopes. The place was incredibly well stocked and clean and we enjoyed our stay very much. Christine was always very responsive to my queries.

I had a very pleasant weekend, the accommodation is impeccable, clean, tastefully decorated, the place is secure despite the road which is close… Claudine is welcoming and warm. The lake view is extraordinary.

Great place to stay. Bolia was great to deal with. Even though we didn't speak each others languages we could communicate via Airbnb, Whats App and text messages easily. The combination of an old building and modern but not too modern interior was fantastic. Really peaceful and comfortable. Across the road from the chocolate factory but couldn't hear any noise. Nice walk up to Broc for the Coop, bakery etc. for supplies. Easy bus journey to Gruyere and the H R Giger museum and bar etc.

We enjoyed staying in the bungalow very much, the location under the tall old trees is very relaxing - also the proximity to the lake was perfect. We felt comfortable and welcome. The nearby restaurant was also a delicious change to not having to cook. Thank you very much - we would be happy to come back.
