Welcome, here you have an affordable accommodation with its own entrance, bathroom with shower and small kitchen/kitchenette with everything you need to cook simple meals. Airfryer, Micro, hotplate, toaster, kettle, etc. There is a bus stop about 100m from the property. These run every 20 minutes and it takes about 15 min to Sundsvall city center and stops outside My University on the way. If you have a car, you can park for free in the parking lot that belongs to the house. Cleaning, bed linen and towels are included. Like a hotel, but better

Cabin with lake plot - hot tub/sauna/boat/diving tower

Fantastic cottage right next to the lake. Sauna, hot tub and boat with engine. Long jetty by the beach and swimming raft with diving tower. The cottage is in an area with 7 cottages but completely separated from neighbors. 5 minutes from E4. There is a 10-minute drive from the cabin. The cabin does not have electricity or running water. Fresh water is supplied during the stay with water containers Gas stove with oven and gas fridge. Hot tub available from Easter to the end of October. Water hot tub ok to use during Easter- end of October.

Relax in this unique and tranquil home right by the sea. The cottage has a villa standard with all amenities such as electricity, heating, water, shower and toilet as well as washing machine. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, microwave, convection oven and stove with induction stove etc. Enjoy the view, sunset and maybe some northern lights. Take a forest walk and cozy up in front of the fire. There is the possibility of a sauna and then a refreshing sea bath. Canoe, and 2 SUP-board are available to borrow.

The kitchen is spacious and has Kitchen equipment for 6 people. Closets are 2 where you can put/hang your clothes on the days you stay with us. Bed sheets can be rented for SEK 75/ set

The house is built in the 1880s and was originally a lodge that was then rebuilt into a residential house. The house is located in beautiful Forsa in a rural environment and is therefore also decorated in a rural style. Nature is close by and so are golf courses, ski trails and mountain bike trails. Within walking distance is also Hälsingegården Ystegårn, which has both a restaurant and an interior design shop.
