Excellent stay. The house exceeded expectations, beautiful and very neat. It smelled very well. In addition, the site was extremely calm and with a lot of privacy. They were very attentive, always ready to help. We had a small situation that we eventually managed to solve ourselves, however they were attentive to the point of leaving a basket with breakfast at our door for the inconvenience we had. I recommend it 100% and we will definitely be back there.

Great for a family, we had a wonderful weekend. Nice to have 3 full bathrooms, never a wait even with many adults getting ready! Beautiful view of the river, bridges, landscape of the area. Super convenient with good restaurants and a supermarket in walking distance. Would love to stay here again on our next vacation to Gerês.

Woooah where to start. This site was all I wanted most to enjoy nature, pure and cold river, with no sound pollution, full and rich magic all around. I loved staying in this house with my family. The restoration of this windmill makes the house have something very beautiful, like a museum at home. The rooms are opo, and the typical stone wall brought a lot of nostalgia. Anfritiao was impeccable, super helpful and attentive. We will return!!!!!!!!!!!!! 💚🏞🙏✨️

From our entire trip to Portugal, our stay with Paulo was by far the one we preferred! Our only regret is that we only stayed there for 2 nights. The house is extremely clean. I was worried that it was a smoking house, but there was no smell of cigarettes. The view is breathtaking, the village is most charming. Beautiful hikes are possible directly from the house which is good. Have enough food, as there are very few shops nearby. A Google Map screenshot would help find the property In short, it was a perfect stay where we were sad to leave! Take my advice and book longer than you had in mind!!

we have just returned from a 10 day stay at this villa , and all I can say is that this villa is absolutely stunning with a mountain view , inside is finished to a very high standard inside set in beautiful surroundings , the host Nuno is more than happy to help and advise you while you stay there , we absolutely loved our stay there and would definitely be coming back , amazing villa

The house is very well located, with a phenomenal view! Very spacious house with everything we need for a good stay. Super well-equipped kitchen, and the rest of the house as well. A lot of comfort and security, it's easy to access. Many activities inside and outside the home. The check in was supposed to be earlier or check out later, as a nearly full day is lost. It is the suggestion. Everything else is fine.

I loved the cottage; it was quaint, clean and private with lots of friendly cats who welcomed us. The only real issue I had was the bed was very hard. Maybe a mattress topper? Marie is outstanding as a hostess.

They give you all the possible facilities and the place is just as seen in the photos. Highly recommended and if we return to the area we will go there again

Mr. Delfim is an extraordinary person, always available, 5☆ because I can't give more. The house is impeccable with everything and more than necessary. We'll be back for sure.

We chose to stay at Paulo's apartment because of the photos of the beautiful view and it did not disappoint! The apartment was well equipped with all amenities and parking in the garage was very convenient. Paulo provided great suggestions to make the most of our time in Caminha and he was so gracious to us during the big power outage. We will gladly return.

Unfortunately it was only 2 nights, 5* house and location. Mr. Antonio was spectacular with us, facilitating the check-in/check-out, making us completely comfortable, D. Olivia and Mr. Secundino were impeccable with us, making us feel like we were part of the family, we loved them from the bottom of our hearts and we really want to come back soon, but this time with more time because Gerês is beautiful and there is much to explore... see you soon and thank you very much for all your kindness and availability 🥰

We stayed 4 nights in the apartment and it more than covers all expectations. Very quiet place (with restaurants on the same street) and close to Peneda-Gerês National Park Carlos and Alía are always very attentive to answer any questions

We loved the outdoor dining room and the wonderful little community on a hill. The location is not necessarily super remote, or quiet, but makes up for this by having a great, central location in Pina Geres and being right next to really cool little beaches and a short drive from the beautiful waterfalls up in the mountains.

Rui, your host, was brilliant and as effervescent as a freshly poured flute of fine French champagne - so much so that one almost needs to lie down and rest after having a chat. He loves his tree house and is extremely proud of his construction. One of the nights of our stay they had the fiercest storm in nearly 20 years - 100 kph winds, slashing rain and intense lighting and thunder yet in the morning both we and the tree house was still in the tree - can't say much about sleep but what an experience. It is, indeed, a magical experience. If you are coming by rental car, and a stickler for detail, be aware that you must drive over gravel roads for a few kms, which for most rental cars is not covered in the contract but if you drive in a mature and rationale matter who will ever know. Like how many people can say that they actually resided in a tree house. Just do it.

I had a wonderful stay in this cozy stone house. The atmosphere is super quiet, ideal for those looking for rest in the midst of nature, and the house was impeccably clean and well-equipped. The hostess Célia was extremely friendly and attentive, received us with great cordiality and shared great tips for tours around the region. In addition, it was always available for any support we needed. I highly recommend and would definitely return!

great location: close to bouro lands, close to the river, quiet place. the host left plenty of wood which allowed to light a fireplace and warm the house.

The place is very nice and the house in general is good. Need some arrangement and paint some of the walls. Being the bathroom next to the living room and having the sliding door, it does not fit well, so the smells in the drain come to the living room. Very uncomfortable if someone has to use the sofa bed to sleep there. The people who took care of us were very friendly. We appreciate the welcome cake.

Gui has two houses for rent, in a nice, quiet, rural environment close to beautiful Ponte-de-Lima. She is very friendy and extremely helpful.
