Very nice and very clean apartment. The little extra: TV in the bedrooms. Lots of storage, there is salt, pepper, sugar, a few coffee pods.

Functional and clean accommodation. Location close to the city center, all done on foot. The plus, underground parking. Very friendly and responsive host. i highly recommend it.

Great quiet stay at Siobhan's even if we had to shorten our trip following the unexpected adoption of a small puppy..!

Pleasant stay in Clermont thanks to Jacqueline who was very considerate and, despite her absence, was able to welcome us via another person. The accommodation totally suited us, with a kitchen open to the living room and a balcony overlooking the park with a beautiful view of the church (which only rings from 8am to 9PM) . The park is sometimes noisy in the late evening with the kids coming to play there, but once the windows are closed, it's fine. The bedding was comfortable and my spouse literally fell in love with the armchair and his footrest! The parking space is a real plus because it is impossible to find a free parking space in Clermont. Complicated with our big sedan, but luckily the parking was empty all the time, which allowed us to encroach on the next square and maneuver easily to get in/out of it. In short, very satisfied with our trip!

Close to the city center and all shops and amenities, perfectly equipped and furnished, this accommodation is perfectly suited to discovering Vichy and Aude is very kind. I recommend it and will come back without hesitation.

We spent the night of May 6th for a bridge competition in Chamalières 10 minutes from the club. I highly recommend this place for a family.

Beautiful cottage with very beautiful landscapes. the apartment is breathtaking, the magnificent decoration is super spacious with bedding that is very good. it feels like home is so well done. the area is very good the village is also very quiet away from the tumults of big cities. The cottage is very well made, it is composed of common areas with lots of games for families. A friendly place where you feel at home from check-in. Thank you to the hosts who are available and caring. Before we arrive they take the time to message us with all the important information to allow us to prepare for our arrival. I would 100% recommend this place and thank hosts again for their availability🥰

Very good stay in Lempdes under the sun. Very pleasant apartment to live in and very well equipped. The sites to visit are accessible fairly quickly.

I am very grateful to the two owners, very generous and helpful! This made my stay a lot more comfortable and easy during my treatment. Thank you again! The apartment was clean, the kitchen well equipped, the balcony quite large and, despite the main road, the window perfectly isolates from noise. It's a quiet place, and during my stay I didn't hear the noise from neighbors. For spa guests: Aiga resort is exactly a 10-minute walk up. The city is quite hilly if you do not have a major motor disability, it is absolutely no problem and the distance is correct. Enjoyed my stay:)))

Were there for a night in transit, everything worked out great, even if we couldn't really enjoy the garden and pool due to the temperatures. The apartment was warm and for the two of us plus dog it was big enough and no problem at all that the conservatory was wintery cold... we didn't have to use it anyway.
