We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the cottage. The place was immaculate, lots of amenities, including light breakfast items and a Nespresso machine. Jeremiah was very responsive and flexible with check in. Perfect location to walk to the Parade. So glad we chose this AirBnB!

Tom and Petra’s home is absolutely stunning! From the moment we arrived, it felt like a true home away from home. The space is incredibly generous, with massive rooms, super comfy beds, and a spacious living and dining area—perfect for relaxing and spending time with friends. We especially loved the interactive speaker system and, of course, the amazing pool! It’s an ideal stay for a large group, and having the option of a third bathroom in the Pilates studio was a fantastic bonus. Tom and Petra were wonderful hosts—communicative, helpful, and always responsive. The only thing to note for future guests is that while there isn’t a sofa lounge for a 7th guest, there is a spare mattress available. That said, this place is a solid 10/10, and we’d absolutely stay again!

Warren was excellent at communicating and helping us with any questions. The house and the beds were comforatble and clean. Ecxellent aminities and everything was thoughtfully provided. The coffee machine was a bonus.

We loved our stay at this little oasis in Kensington - so beautifully decorated that we didn't want to leave. Loved sitting in the courtyard with a cuppa each morning. Everything you need to make your stay enjoyable it provided. Many thanks

A lovely, clean place to stay, particularly for larger groups like ours with kids. The house easily accommodated all 15 of us and still felt spacious with so many different areas to sit & relax. The park across the road was great for the kids to play & the back yard is also a great spot for adults & kids to relax. Quick walk to the beach at night for sunset too. Michelle responds to messages very promptly & is happy to help. We hope to be back. Thank you!!

Very beautiful home with a lovely outdoor area. The entire home is spacious and well kept. Brett communicates well and left good instructions for things around the house. Great location, about 2 minute walk to a lovely cafe and very close drive to the beach. Would highly recommend and definitely stay there again!

Great location, walking distance to the beach, hotels and the Grange Golf Club. Great size space for large groups, lots of bedding/towelling provided, very neat executive style house with all the expected amenities. Owners were great communicators, allowing us to gain entry an hour earlier, house was really clean. Would love to stay again.

We are repeat visitors and feel right at home as soon as we arrive back. Such a comfortable apartment, with everything you need and more, a real home from home. Perfect location, lovely garden and verandah, very quiet neighbourhood, 5 minute walk to the beach, 10 minute stroll to Jetty Road and the tram and a bus stop close by. Vivienne is such a kind, friendly and super helpful host. Once again, thank you Vivienne for our stay.

Loved the flat and location, however there is scope for some minor improvements in the kitchen dept. It would be very useful to have two keys, as it means only one person can go out on their own which is restrictive. However overall I would stay again if these small improvements were made.

Perfect Beachside Stay – 5 Stars! My partner Kaitlyn and I had an amazing two-week stay at 199 Swan Terrace, Semaphore, SA 5019. Everything was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and in a perfect location, just a short walk to the beach with fantastic running routes along the coast. The host was outstanding—responsive, helpful, and respectful of our privacy. We had one minor issue, but it was fixed immediately, showing their great attention to detail. The home had everything we needed, making our stay effortless and enjoyable. If you’re looking for a relaxing, well-maintained, and conveniently located Airbnb, this is it! We would definitely stay again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Semaphore. Five stars! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Second time staying - feels like home. Lovely and quiet, clean and close to the city without being too crowded. Great for a work trip if you don’t want to be in a cramped and loud city hotel :)

Super comfortable, clean place to stay in a lovely neighbourhood close to coffee shops and restaurants. We could walk to the city through the Botanic Gardens and numerous cafes close by. Georgie was a very friendly and responsive host who accomodated our check out needs for which we were very grateful. Really enjoyed our stay here.

Stayed at Johns place. Is part of an apartment blocked but we had no issues. The apartment was very tidy, well equipped and quiet. Location was within walking distance to the CBD. Communication with John was easy and all information was accurate. John was proactive with information. Highly recommended 👌

Deb is a wonderful host and we were lucky to stay in her beautiful apartment for a second time. Wine, chocolates, bread and cheese awaited us and the apartment is so central to the Botanic Gardens and the Art Gallery. We had a very comfortable 7 night stay. Thank you once again Deb. This is a wonderful apartment directly at the seaside in Glenelg. It is beautifully decorated and has a balcony with a breath-taking view on the ocean, and in the evening, you can watch the most beautiful sunsets. You find everything you need in the apartment, and Natalie is a wonderful host. If you want to go downtown, the tram is just a few minutes’ walk away. You can also do long walks on the beach or enjoy restaurants and bars on Jetty Road. We definitely want to come back!

This was our second time staying here. We love the area and the place is so peaceful. The pool is lovely and there are lots of kangaroos and wildlife to observe nearby. Everything you see in the pictures is what you get and the hosts are very responsive and easy to talk to. Just a note- the hot tub does not get hot. Also worth mentioning that Alison made sure there was plenty of towels, make up wipes, games, basic food and drink, and other lovely amenities. We had a lovely visit and will hopefully be back a third time. Thank you for letting us stay.

Great apartment in a good location close to the restaurants and other areas in the north part of the city. The apartment was clean and tidy, and had everything useful for my 3 night stay. The host was very helpful and responsive with all communications. I would happily stay here again.

Well structured apartment with bedrooms separated. Living area is excellent and kitchen very functional. Location is good with first class pub 50m away, their food is sensational. About 1.5km from the centre of Adelaide, an easy walk but 30mins, or do what we did and use the e-scooters. All up good location and convenient.

Loved Linda’s Air BNB. Great location in North Adelaide an easy, short bus ride from the city. Lots of lovely touches such as tea / coffee and essentials you may need for your trip. It was spotlessly clean and rooms well laid out with lots of charging ports ( helpful for us). We particularly enjoyed the location ( close to large park and university) and the cafes on Melbourne street. Linda was welcoming and very proactive & responsive by message . Thank you so much 😊
