Appartement au 3 ème étage avec vue imprenable sur la vallée d'Aure à 5 minutes à pied du centre du village. Logement tout équipé et rénové récemment. Wifi. TV 4K. Lave-vaisselle. Four. Chambre fermée avec porte. Cuisine ouverte. Parking libre dans la résidence. Suite à plusieurs demandes, je précise que l’appartement n'est pas au Pla d'Adet (20 min en voiture). Il y a un bus gratuit qui passe au pied de l'appartement chaque 20/30min pour vous déposer au téléphérique (10min à pied/900m).

Bright triplex apartment, completely renovated on the second floor without elevator access. All comforts, living space including an open kitchen, a living room with sofa and armchair and TV. Wi-Fi. On the 1st floor, a bedroom with a 140 bed and 1 single bed, on the second floor 1 140 bed. A bathroom with toilet, and another separate toilet. Walking distance to the center of Saint Lary village. Free shuttle stop 150 m away. Ski locker. 3 nights minimum. Bed linen and towels not available.

The apartment is located in the heart of the village of Saint-Lary-Soulan in a quiet area, Neste B building on the ground floor. Ideally located 300 m from the cable cars and 200 m from the cable car leading to the Plat d'Adet ski resort, 50 m from the Thermal Baths and the Rio sensory play center, and 200 m from the main street with its shops and restaurants. You can park your car in the private parking lot, you can do anything on foot! It has a balcony with access to a grassy area.
