The house is close to the Cammino Balteo and the Strada Francigena. Convenient for the Oratory of the Blessed Emeric or even higher up the Cross of Fana, overlooking Aosta. It is a great starting point for exploring the Valtournenche with Cervinia, the Gran Paradiso with Cogne, the Valdigne with Courmayeur and the Terme, the Grand Combin with Valpelline. Nothing prevents you from visiting Chamonix or Martigny. In ten, maximum thirteen, minutes by car you can reach Aosta Romana and the cable car to Pila.

PARFUM D'ANTAN is located on the lower floor of the house where Italo and Laura and their children Sofia and Matteo live. In the renovation, they wanted to maintain the original features. The home is decorated in mountain style with some antique furniture of the Aosta Valley rural tradition. It consists of two rooms, a large and bright kitchen and a cozy bedroom with bathroom. The spaces have walls covered in larch wood, the warmth and scent of which can be appreciated.

Nordic Villa Francesca

Cozy 3-story villa in a panoramic position on the sunny hill of Quart. Just 7 km from the center of Aosta, its central location makes it the ideal starting point for excursions throughout the Aosta Valley. It has a large terrace and a covered veranda. From the main apartment, suitable for a couple with children, you can access a guest house that can accommodate another couple with children. It is a typical mountain house, located in the village of Le Cret at an altitude of 1770 m, whose construction dates back to the 16th century and was used as a barn for the storage of cereals. It is a portion of a building that is part of a completely renovated complex and, as with the other housing units, the renovation took place while maintaining the original style and materials as much as possible, compatible with modern housing needs.
