Very well appointed studio, peaceful place, quiet. Very good bedding. Margreet left us small gifts like the little chocolates for Easter, small beers and enough coffee pods for our stay, it's very nice. I can wholeheartedly recommend this listing

My partner and I stayed at Sylvia and Lex B&B in Utrecht for a week to attend a conference and we both found it charming and very comfortable. Sylvia was a very personable host and we always had very good communications. We so appreciated all the extras like wine and local beer, fresh eggs, bread, and meats and cheese as well the coffee and teas. We both slept comfortably and had no problem following instructions for heating or various appliances. What makes this place so special is it's location right on the canal in the heart of Utrecht. Even with the cooler weather we enjoyed every day! All of the artworks and books in the flat also create a unique visual experience - I love the grasshopper drawing! Utrecht is a very special place and staying here, in the medieval center with the bells chiming and boats floating by on the canal are incredibly memorable and romantic. Thank you again, we highly recommend!

Great apartment. Really well thought out. The level of detail in the guide put together was fabulous and really helpful. Excellent facilities, I’ve been to so many Airbnbs where you get one washing tab and limited hand soap. Here there was a good supply of everything. Bread, butter and cheese on arrival was a nice touch. Decent coffee machine too 😊 The beds were very very comfy! Couldn’t fault at all. I’d defo return should I ever happen to be in Utrecht. We stayed a week in this beautiful house by the lake. Nature is unique the view of the lake and the seabirds spectacular. You have absolute peace and, if you want, you can also go out a bit by rowing boat. Gouda, Rotterdam and The Hague are super quick to reach if it rains or you want to see something different. We felt very comfortable in the house. There are probably some flight bugs due to the lake location, but at least at this time of the year there were no stinging specimens. We would come back back.

Very quiet place to stay for a couple of nights. It was in a lovely location on the edge of the park by the deer, chickens and peacocks, and there were a couple of places to eat or get a drink nearby that the owners had named in the handbook. To walk to the old town took about 25 mins to walk and 15 to the train station. We were travelling with an infant and my daughter loved playing with the Lego they left out for her.

Biljana's place was great to stay at and great for families. The neighbourhood is quiet, serene and with at least 3 playgrounds in walking distance of the house, we had a lot to do for our toddler in the quietmoments in between trips. Parking is free and spaces are abundant. She provides lots of toys for little ones and provided a travel cot for our 2 year old that was not yet used to sleeping on a bed. The place is well kept, clean and a treat. The air conditioning was great for the hottest days. Access to the house is best in class. Would happily stay here again. Thanks for letting us share your home for those days!

A beautiful house in a peaceful, quiet place. It has everything we needed for a long time stay. Jorrit is very helpful, ha was always avalaible if we had any questions. We definitely recommend this place.

A fantastic spacious family home , beautifully decorated and furnished throughout, situated in a lovely quiet area. We enjoyed the Italian restaurant, a 2 minute walk from the front door. Supermarket also very close by. Ruud & Annemieke were very quick to respond when we had a couple of queries. Would definitely recommend this home.

We had an amazing stay at Doriene's Airbnb! Communication with Doriene was great from beginning to end, the Airbnb is beautiful, very clean and in a nice location. I can definitely recommend staying here!

We spent 3 relaxing days in Utrecht in this bright spacious space. it is well appointed with 2 spacious bedrooms and one has a desk which made our working vacation much easier. The apartment is close to amenities, cafes and restaurants and the neighbourhood had a very fun and young vibe. I'd stay again.

Exactly wonderful! We loved staying with Mieke who is really adorable! We were welcomed very well with our 2-year-old daughter who loved playing in the sand, on the trampoline and peted the rabbits, chickens and small lambs (thanks to Mieke's son who was kind enough to show us all the little animals hidden in his garden). In addition, the accommodation is perfectly clean and decorated with great taste! We'll be happy to go back!

What a beautiful apartment with a great view of the canal! It is conveniently located around the corner from the Utrecht Vaartsche R. train station (20 minute walk from the Utrecht Centraal station). It is a perfect location to tour Utrecht, being so close to a major street with interesting shops, cafes, and restaurants. The apartment is one flight up steep stairs. It was very comfortable and stylish, with full kitchen other than an oven (it did have a multifunction microwave). Nice hot shower, deluxe soaps, good sized refrigerator, very comfortable bed, quiet at night, and very neat and clean. Gwen was a wonderful host, so friendly and helpful; we liked all of her suggestions of things to do and places to eat. Highly recommend this place!

Small cocoon of tranquility in the heart of a charming little village. This accommodation is beautiful both outside with the terrace and views of the beautiful lake, and inside. Nothing is missing (towels, sheets, hair dryer, iron, etc.) and the services are of quality (comfortable bedding, XXL bathroom with shower and bathtub, large living room where it is good to rest in the evening, kitchen). We loved our long weekend in this accommodation about 30 minutes from cities to visit like Rotterdam, Utrecht, The Hague. Only to note: provide earplugs for the night because when the accommodation above is occupied, we heard walking/running until late and it echoed in our accommodation.
