You can pack your backpack and go on marked hikes from the cabin, or you can take short drives to hikes such as Store Skykula and Smørkamdalen. Distance by car: Kongeparken 40 mins. There are countless hiking opportunities in the surrounding area. Fishing opportunities in Bjerkreimselva (Fish card necessary). Here there is no wifi, television or other disturbances. If, on the other hand, you enjoy the sound of birds chirping, crackling in the fire pan and sheep bells, you will surely enjoy yourself.

Benedikte House is located about ten minutes drive from Egersund city center and about five minutes from E39. We have tried to recreate the hospitality of Benedikte - the last one who lived in the old house - in this modern and completely newly built farmhouse on the edge of the yard at Svindland farm. Here guests will find peace and quiet. On the farm there are horses, we have two dogs and a cozy peacock couple that walk freely. The house is very modern and well equipped.
