Recently designed by an interior designer and rebuilt, this loft has breathtaking views over the ocean from every spot in the apartment. It is on the top floor of Cap sa Sal, a historical building that was originally "the" luxury spot in the Costa Brava in the 60s. It was then turned into private apartments 40 years ago and this specific one has been redone recently. OPTIONAL: include a 7m speed boat with 250 horsepower motor for 250 euros x day. The patio house is the result of a dream. Located next to the pool in the courtyard of the main house, it consists of two rooms. There is a huge dressing room in the beautiful entrance. From there, you will access an open space in which you will not find anything missing. 2 terraces for your exclusive use The pool, barbecue, solarium and patio are shared with my granddaughter and me. In summer, my family may also be there, always respecting the privacy of the guests.
